    A highly impressive meal at @Silencio by Chef @Stkiyoshi , who is well trained in Fine Dining restaurants around 🌎

    I think we were very lucky 🍀 too, because the kitchen is so talented yet flexible, remembering how "Silencio" was initially started to cater for the LKF Hotel & partying customers ~ so many of visitors prefer to laid back & eat Sashimi & Wagyu Sando, Edamame as it's izakaya nature was built in its original design, eaten relaxingly with Champagne, etc. A correct business decision if u ask me for the location's demographic.

    But somehow this visit the Team, which is actually the 2nd generation Chefs team & originally excels in Fine Dining, knew to switched mode to accommodate us, so we received some highly complex dishes in our Tasting Menu just to experience.. ❤️😋👍🏻👍🏻

    Essentially living up the globally known chivalrous persona of any Korean oppa!

    For our little picnic outing surprise, he literally prepared everything by himself; from prepping and taking out the soft beach mat from car trunk, food of course- in this case he had gotten us the famous Jokbal 족발 of 2 flavours when we’re on the way and last but not least a warm wool blanket for me- that’s what actually struck me fondly the most!

    Initially when I asked him why do we need to bring along a blanket? And he said,

    “It’s for you Lady in dress, in case there is strong wind and you might get cold. Also for you to sit down comfortably as you cross your leg on our beach mat later while enjoying the meal relaxingly overlooking my favourite spot- Han River. I often come to Yeouido Park (almost every week) after working just to chill and immerse in the calmness by the river."

    That’s when I know he’s bringing me to his favourite place where he usually seek some solace to have himself perked up again after a hectic day. And I can’t help but to be much more enamoured by his charming thoughtfulness.
