本體及內部結構心得小結:
○全模組化設計,使用表面壓印紋路的黑色線材。提供1個ATX 24P、2個EPS 4+4P、1個
600W 12VHPWR、3個PCIE 6+2P(其中2個由電源12VHPWR插座轉接)、5個直角SATA、4個省力
易拔大4P,未附上小4P接頭或轉接線
○電源端12VHPWR插座的S4/S3接至COM,為600W定義,S1/S2則是空接(未接到COM或是經上
拉電阻接+3.3V)
○採用黑色陽極處理鋁合金外殼,風扇黑色網罩使用螺絲固定,要拆卸外殼後才能取下。
風扇具備0 dB Fan模式,開啟後於低負載下風扇停止運轉,待負載提高後才會啟動並採溫
控運轉。關閉後風扇採常時溫控運轉
○背面外殼內側於主電路板背面主變壓器及二次側區域貼上導熱墊片,協助傳遞熱量
○交流輸入插座焊點加上2個Y電容、1個X電容,焊點未包覆套管。X電容底部小電路板有X
電容放電IC,X電容及接腳包覆套管。總開關插片連接器、磁芯、模式開關/線路、主電路
板保險絲、突波吸收器有包覆套管
○所有元件都移到電路板正面,電路板背面焊點做工良好,大電流路徑有敷錫,12V部分
線路增加實心金屬板。主變壓器底部電路板開孔並加上導熱墊片,使其可以接觸到設置在
背面外殼內側的導熱墊片傳遞熱量
○使用一次側主動功率因數修正及全橋諧振、二次側同步整流輸出12V,搭配DC-DC轉換
3.3V/5V/-12V
○APFC MOSFET使用VISHAY,APFC二極體使用CREE/Wolfspeed,一次側MOSFET使用
Infineon,二次側12V同步整流MOSFET使用on semi,3.3V/5V DC-DC MOSFET使用UBIQ,
-12V DC-DC使用TI。APFC及一次側MOSFET使用全絕緣封裝
○APFC電容使用TK,其他固態/電解電容使用Nippon Chemi-con/Nichicon/Rubycon
○二次側電源管理IC可偵測輸出電壓是否在正常範圍,並加裝微控制器
各項測試結果簡單總結:
○ASUS ROG STRIX AURA EDITION 850W於20%/50%/100%下效率分別為
90.16%/91.64%/89.34%,符合80PLUS金牌認證要求20%輸出87%效率、50%輸出90%效率、
100%輸出87%效率
○ASUS ROG STRIX AURA EDITION 850W的功率因數修正,滿足80PLUS金牌認證要求輸出
50%下功率因數需大於0.9
○偏載測試,12V維持空載,測試3.3V滿載、5V滿載、3.3V/5V滿載的3.3V/5V/12V電壓變
化,均未超出±5%範圍
○電源啟動至綜合全負載輸出狀態,12V上升時間為27ms,5V上升時間為6ms,3.3V上升時
間為6ms
○綜合全負載輸出狀態切斷AC輸入模擬電力中斷,12V於28ms後降至11.44V
○輸出無負載時12V帶有小振幅鋸齒狀漣波;輸出12V/1A至12V/4A鋸齒狀漣波頻率及振幅
改變;輸出12V/5A至12V/7A漣波波型改變;輸出12V/8A漣波波型固定。於綜合全負載輸出
下12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為11.6mV/8mV/11.2mV;於純12V全負載輸出下
12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為10mV/3.6mV/5.6mV
○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍5A至25A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為294mV
○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍25A至50A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為266mV
○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍10A至56A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為480mV
○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍20A至71A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為602mV
○熱機下3.3V過電流截止點在34A(155%),5V過電流截止點在33A(150%),12V過電流截止
點在100A(141%)
