MOD2:
If the incoming damage is lower than current single doll's HP, provide 20% chance to evade again(lv10)
gain 10% more chance if the enemy that attacks you got debuff or mark of vengeance (stackable)
when activate the skill attack will also apply mark of vengeance
MOD3: SOP2 JR!!!!! +45 evasion -6DMG
