【Sea Shell Waffle 貝殼窩夫】 又一間人氣打卡咖啡店，以為都係得個樣打下卡就算，點知主食同甜品都有驚喜，質素都很不錯，價錢唔算太離地值得一試 手撕豬肉班尼迪蛋$95 (hollandaise sauce另上)，手撕豬肉唔乾，bbq sauce的味道突出亦帶少少甜味。個toast就唔多似sourdough似係普通多士，脆就好脆但超乾柴太dry啦。 日式燒雞沙律碗 $85 比想像中大碗，好豐富，沙律菜主要係用火箭菜，連埋啲莖而且好長好似處理得唔多細心，如果可以用羅馬生菜或波菜會更理想。燒雞成了配角，切得太細粒撈完唔見哂，雞份量略嫌少咗啲..亦唔夠焦香，味道偏甜。最特別之處係個薑黃汁，淡香薑黃味但又唔會過嗆，怕薑辣的都唔使怕，再配上酸薑超夾，而且係沙律甚少有的combo. 醬汁俾得好足夠哂撈哂成個沙律。 貝殼窩夫 $88 一上枱嚇親 原來是超大塊😆有4大件「窩夫」 其實似台灣的雞蛋糕多於窩夫 新鮮烘暖暖的邊位烘得勁脆 喜歡佢沒有因為要賣相而切掉邊邊多出的脆漿 個啲先最脆最正 識食一定要keep! 中間超級鬆軟好似蛋糕咁軟綿綿 亦非常moist超濃蛋香 做得好出色 再沾冰凍vanilla雪糕食 一冷一熱又係另一層次享受 貝殼窩夫都好大粒加上一大杯雪糕加忌廉 食完勁飽 一定要share食 伯爵茶焦糖布甸 $45 香濃伯爵茶味，甜味不算高茶味更突出，滑溜creamy的口感，但食完感覺會有少少膩。 Pulled pork egg benedict ($95) is nice, flavorful tender pork. Roasted chicken bowl ($85) is a pleasant surprise with a vibrant pungent turmeric tahini sauce that is very tasty especially pair well with the pickled ginger, the chicken though is a bit dry. The Sea Shell waffle ($88) dessert is definitely the showstopper, it’s freshly made served hot, it’s more like a egg puff cake (reminds me of the egg cake in taiwan), so fluffy and eggy, enjoyed the hot and cold contrast with the vanilla ice cream. It’s very delicious and highly recommended! The Earl grey egg pudding ($45) has a nice earl grey tea aroma and pretty creamy, but a bit too dense for my liking. A very IG-able cafe with surprisingly good quality of food (not just for camera’s sake) at reasonable price.
