"จนถึงวันนี้ (24 พ.ค. 2564) องค์การอนามัยโลก ก็ยังไม่ได้รับรองวัคซีน ซิโนแวค นะครับ"

มีการแชร์ลิงก์บทความบน Blockdit ที่พาดหัวระบุว่า "WHO หรือองค์การอนามัยโลก ได้รับรองวัคซีนของ บ. ซิโนแวค แล้ว เมื่อกี่ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมานี้" ?!

แต่ !! ข้อมูลจนถึง ณ วันนี้คือ 24 พฤษภาคม 2564 องค์การอนามัยโลกยังไม่ได้รับรองวัคซีน ซิโนแวค เป็นหนึ่งในวัคซีนฉุกเฉิน ที่อนุญาตให้ใช้ได้ทั่วโลก แล้วนะครับ (ที่พึ่งได้รับการรับรองจริงๆ และชื่อใกล้เคียงกัน ก็คือของ บ. ซิโนฟาร์ม ของรัฐบาลจีน)

จริงๆ บทความดังกล่าวนี้ เหมือนพาดหัวไม่ตรงกับเนื้อหาข้างในนะครับ (ซึ่งเข้าใจว่า เพราะมีการแก้ไขภายหลัง

เพราะเรื่องจริงๆ เป็นแค่ผลการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการ SAGE ส่วนหนึ่งขององค์การอนามัยโลกเท่านั้นเอง ที่ทำรายงานการรีวิววัคซีนออกมา

และผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวก็เป็นที่ทราบๆ กันอยู่ มาตั้งนานแล้ว คือ วัคซีนของ Sinovac นั้น สามารถป้องกันการมีอาการของโรคโควิดได้ประมาณ 50-84% ป้องกันการป่วยจนต้องนอนโรงพยาบาล 85-100% (ค่าที่แตกต่างกันขึ้นกับประเทศที่ศึกษา)

ซึ่งโดยสรุปสั้นๆ ทางคณะกรรมการ SAGE บอกว่าวัคซีนจากซิโนแวคนั้น มีความมั่นใจในประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลในการป้องกันโรคและความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับ "สูง"

แต่นั่นคือเฉพาะในบุคคลที่อายุน้อยกว่า 60 ปีลงไปนะครับ ! ถ้าอายุมากกว่า 60 ปีขึ้นไป ความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยเขาบอกว่าอยู่ในระดับ "ต่ำ"

ตั้งแต่ช่วงค่ำของเมื่อคืน ผมเห็นมีหลายคนเริ่มแชร์กันว่า มีข่าวออกมาจากจีน “Sinovac ได้รับการรับรองจาก WHO แล้ว”

ผมเลยทำการตรวจสอบจากแหล่งต่างๆเพื่อเป็นข้อยืนยัน จะได้นำเสนอต่อไป และเบื้องต้นพบว่า “จนถึง ณ ขณะนี้ 9.40 น. วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2564 ยังไม่มีข่าวและหลักฐานยืนยันว่าได้รับการรับรองแล้วนะครับ คิดว่าคงต้องรออัปเดตทางการจาก WHO ไม่น่าเกินเดือนนี้”

อ้ายจงสรุปแบบข้างต้น มาจากการไล่ดูข่าวบนสื่อต่างๆในจีน ทั้งสื่อใหญ่ สิ่อกระบอกเสียงทางการจีน ไม่ว่าจะ China Daily, GlobalTimes, People’s Daily, CGTN, CCTV และสื่ออื่นๆอีกอย่างกระแสบนโลกออนไลน์จีน พบว่า

ยังไม่มีการอัปเดตหรือรายงานข่าว “วัคซีน Sinovac ของจีน ได้รับการอนุมัติจากองค์การอนามัยโลก หรือ WHO นะครับ”
.
ในตัวเว็บไซต์และสื่อต่างประเทศก็ยังไม่มีรายงานเช่นกัน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งบนเว็บไซต์ของ WHO ซึ่งข้อมูลที่อัปเดตล่าสุดเท่าที่เจอบนเว็บไซต์ WHO คือ 18 พฤษภาคม 2564

มีแต่เพียงระบุสถานะของ Sinovac ในการรับรอง ว่า In profess คืออยู่ระหว่างกำลังดำเนินการ และก่อนหน้านั้นช่วงต้นเดือนพฤษภาคม ก็มีการเผยแพร่เอกสารรายงานผลการทดลองทางคลินิกในจีนและประเทศอื่นๆที่มีการนำวัคซีน Sinovac ไปฉีด ซึ่งเป็นรายงานที่ Sinovac ส่งให้ WHO พิจารณา ซึ่งโดยรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญของ WHO ลงความเห็นว่ามีประสิทธิภาพป้องกันโควิดได้ ตามในรายงาน

แต่ยังไม่ได้ชี้ขาดว่า “ได้รับการรับรองจาก WHO อย่างเป็นทางการ”
.
แม้แต่บน Weibo ทางการของ Sinovac (บัญชีบนสังคมออนไลน์จีน คล้ายกับ Twitter+Facebook) ก็ยังไม่มีเผยแพร่ข่าวใดๆเกี่ยวกับการรับรองโดย WHO

มีอัปเดต 1 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา แชร์ข่าวจาก GlobalTimes เกี่ยวกับนโยบายดึงดูดให้ประชาชนฉีดวัคซีนในเขตอำเภอหนึ่งของเชียงใหม่
.
ในการรายงานข่าวของอ้ายจง ผมจะไม่เน้นกระแสเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่จะเน้นรายงานเมื่อมีหลักฐานแหล่งอ้างอิงของข้อมูลนั้นอย่างแน่ชัด
.
อย่างที่ผมเคยเล่าไปในช่วงที่ WHO รับรอง Sinopharm ว่า “ในเดือนพฤษภาคมนี้ น่าจะได้เห็นข่าวการอนุมัติ โดยจากการอ่านข่าวหลายแหล่งและดูกระแสบนโซเชียลจีน ทำให้เห็นว่าทางฝั่งจีน ส่วนใหญ่ต่างคาดว่าไม่น่ามีปัญหาอะไรเกิดขึ้น น่าจะผ่าน”

ไม่ช้าไม่เร็ว หรืออาจจะวันสองวันภายในสัปดาห์นี้ แต่ค่อนข้างแน่นอนว่าภายในเดือนนี้ WHO น่าจะมีอัปเดตออกมาอย่างทางการ และถ้า WHO รับรองเมื่อไหร่ เป็นกระแสในจีนแน่ๆ ถึงตอนนั้นผมจะมาอัปเดตเช่นกันครับ

As the song expresses, no one is born hating other people based on their differences. The differences in the way they look, the language they speak, the creed they profess— these are often harmless until a person is raised and “taught” to fear them.

The Asia Society Hong Kong Center, enabled with special permission by The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization and supported by David Henry Hwang, Ted Chapin, Ken Smith, Joanna Lee, invited a bunch of us to sing a version (with updated lyrics for this purpose) to sing about unity, when there seems to be so much that divides.

The Duality of God and Man

“For there are also many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, whose mouths must be stopped; men who overthrow whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for dishonest gain’s sake. One of them, a prophet of their own, said, “Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, and idle gluttons.” This testimony is true. For this cause, reprove them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, not paying attention to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn away from the truth. To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their mind and their conscience are defiled. They profess that they know God, but by their deeds they deny him, being abominable, disobedient, and unfit for any good work.” ‭‭(Titus‬ ‭1:10-16‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

At the time of Paul writing this letter, there were Jews in the region who insisted that Christians must be circumcised and keep the Law in order to be righteous before God—they were the “Judaizers” or “circumcision” that Paul referred to.

These men charged a fee for people to hear their false teachings, misleading the young church and taking advantage of their ignorance in the things of God to earn dishonest gain.

Paul quoted the words of the Cretan poet Epimenides: “Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, and idle gluttons.”.

Back then, Cretans were infamous for their dishonesty.
Paul contrasts this with God’s truthfulness and inability to lie.

The Judaizers taught an ascetic doctrine, saying that believers must abstain from certain foods and even from marriage (1 Timothy 4:3). These were legalistic commandments of men to produce a false sense of holiness—these are not of God.

Paul clarifies that to “the pure”, meaning believers, all things are pure.
This echoes his teaching that all things are permitted but not everything builds up (1 Corinthians 10:23).
He corrects the wrong belief that holiness comes from an external practice and outward appearance of things.

Jesus also taught about these when he said that eating food with unwashed hands doesn’t defile the body, whereas the evil thoughts that proceed from the hearts of men are what defiles the body (Matthew 15:17-20).
True holiness comes from within—through being born-again through faith in Jesus, and this act of regeneration of our spirit is done by the Holy Spirit.

It is impossible to be purified by the works of the Law. Whoever does not receive salvation by faith in Jesus alone and tries to earn it through the works of the Law is still defiled by sin.

If you don’t know Jesus as Lord and Savior, then you don’t know God.
Be born again first before you even talk about good works.
Good works are useless for you unless you’re a child of God that has been cleansed by the blood of Christ.

A person who doesn’t believe in Jesus and has done many good works to earn his holiness will still burn in the lake of fire—his own righteousness is like a filthy garment (Isaiah 64:6).
His good works cannot cancel out the multitude of sins that he committed against God throughout his lifetime.

However, a believer qualifies to walk in the good works that God has prepared for him/her.
For using the Grace he/she has received to do good works for Jesus’ sake, he/she will receive eternal rewards in Jesus’ Millennial kingdom on earth.
