最近睡眠不正常壓力比較大，加上疫情關係很少出門，天天在家吹冷氣，皮膚變得很乾毛孔變大，黑眼圈也變很深，看起來沒什麼精神！ 最近看到很多網紅們去 @niceclinique 「尼斯診所」 評價都還不錯，所以決定打電話跟他們預約！ 期間剛好碰到疫情三級，因為不太敢出門還一直改時間，對他們很不好意思 到店裡後跟醫師討論我的黑眼圈跟毛孔問題 他還說我皮膚是他見過的男客戶裡，皮膚最好的前三名（嘿嘿嘿） 最後決定打皮秒加超級鏡片 醫師解釋超級鏡片是專門搭配皮秒雷射的探頭（更高級），可以把能量更深層的打到皮膚內，打完效果會更好 過程中沒有感受到痛感（因為會先敷麻藥），不過有些過程稍微有點刺刺的。 醫師護士工作人員都很貼心一直關心怕我不舒服😌😌😌😌 因為有超級鏡片，打完後整個臉很紅熱，有些地方有流血（第一次這樣，以前打淨膚都不會流血） 不過醫師說這都是正常的，回去好好保濕，過幾天就會退紅。 過了三天紅紅的完全消失，毛孔也比較小，黑眼圈比較不明顯！ 比較令我驚訝的是皮膚真的有變亮 果然還是要找專業的保養皮膚 這樣雖然花錢 但看到效果真的值得！ Recently, the pressure of abnormal sleep is relatively high, and coz of the epidemic is I rarely go out.
