Woke up at 6.15am and only manage to do a 25 mins brisk walk. WHY? Because I’m hungry 🤣 Today’s breakfast - Oat drinks (no sugar) + Banana. Following my mom’s way, dad will have his Milo + Milk drinks + Crackers ☺️
