CheckCheckCin: From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, a person’s complexion becomes pale when there is a stagnation of qi and cold in the body and the disruption of the circulation in the Meridians, blood, and qi.

(1) Women with a weak and cold body constitution can become pale easily. They would also experience soreness on the waist. Try pressing or placing something warm on the abdomen to relieve the pain during and after menstruation.

Consuming raw and cold food regularly or catching a cold can cause cold and dampness pathogens to attack the body, hence, causing menstrual pain. It would be beneficial for individuals to consume cinnamon, ginger, longan, brown sugar, roasted rice water, and ‘Blushing (herbal tea)’.

(2) Women with the qi-stagnation and blood-stasis body constitution might experience bloating and pain on the abdomen a day or two before the period. Other symptoms include breast swelling or menstrual clot.

Poor circulation of the qi and blood, stagnation of the qi, the accumulation of blood in the uterus are causes of pain during period. The stagnation of the Meridians and blood would further cause the color to drain from the face. Hence, women should consume rose flower, motherwort, Panax Notoginseng, white radish, Chinese hawthorn, ‘Dragon Fruit Rose Tea
（rice water）’, and ‘Chinese Hawthorn Tea（rice water)’.

久しぶりに絞り出しクッキーを焼いたら、絞るのが楽しすぎました。
くるんと絞った生地はそのまま冷凍庫へ。
生地の周囲を冷やし固めてから焼くと綺麗に焼き上がります。
サクサクの生地はアーモンドプードル入り。
たっぷりのココアでほろ苦いココア味を楽しみます。
ただ甘いだけではない大人のクッキー♪
クッキーに合わせて小さな紙袋も作ってみました。
クッキーとの雰囲気もバッチリ!

【Ingredients】4.5cm×12
50g  Unsalted butter
50g Powdered sugar
25g  Whole egg (room temperature)
*Beat the egg well
★50g Cake flour
★15g  Cocoa powder　
★20g  Almond flour  

For  Toppings:　
12 Almonds

【Directions】
①Place the butter,  and sugar in a bowl,mix well.
②Beat with whisk until combined.
③Add the whole egg  little by little.
④Add all the dry ingredients(★). Don't forget to sift them.
⑤Fold it until the lumps are formed.
Mix while pressing for 30-40 sec to make smooth. If your batter is solidified and hard to squeeze, let the batter sit at room temperature for 5-10 mins and then mix it again to smooth and soft.
⑥Place the dough into a pastry bag  with a  star tip, and pipe onto a  lined baking sheet.
⑦Put Almond in the middle dent.
⑧Leave in a Freezer  for 15min.
⑨Preheat the oven at 338 °F/170℃,  turn the degree down to 320°F/ 160℃, and  bake them  for 20 mins.
⑩Let them cool completely (on the tray is fine), and enjoy!


【材料】4.5×12個
無塩バター  50g
粉糖  50g
全卵 25g(室温)
*よく溶いてから量る
★薄力粉  50g
★ココアパウダー  15g
★アーモンドプードル  20g

トッピング:　
アーモンド  12粒

【作り方】
①ボウルにバターと砂糖を入れてゴムベラで良く混ぜる。
②泡立て器に持ち替えてよく混ぜる。
③全卵を少しずつ加えてその都度よく混ぜる。
***冷たいまま加えると分離しますので必ず室温に戻しましょう。
④★印の材料をふるって加える。
⑤ゴムベラに持ち替えて、切るように混ぜ下から返すようにしながら切り混ぜを繰り返し、ボウルに押し付けるように30-40秒ほど滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
***暑い日はバターが溶けすぎないように気を付けます。
寒い季節は生地が固くなり絞りにくくなりますので、暖かい部屋に置き生地を柔らかくしてください。
⑥生地を口金を付けた絞り袋に入れ、クッキングシートを敷いた天板に丸く絞る。(直径4.5cm)
***口金は大き目の方が絞りやすいです。
⑦真ん中のくぼんだ所にアーモンドを軽く押し付けながら乗せる。
⑧冷凍庫に15分ほど入れて冷やす。
***こうすると絞った形のまま焼き上がります。
⑨オーブンを170℃に予熱して、160℃に下げてから20分焼く。
⑩焼き上がったら天板ごと完全に冷まして出来上がり!

***絞り袋はセリアさんのものを使っています、サイドにつなぎ目がないのでとっても使いやすくおススメ!

ポイント
◎絞り終えたら天板ごと冷凍庫に入れてしっかりと冷やすと、綺麗な形のまま焼き上がります。

◎天板ごと冷凍庫で冷やすのが大変な時はオーブンシートなどに絞ったものをまな板などに乗せてから冷凍庫へ。
オーブンシートを小分けにカットして冷凍庫の空いているスペースで冷やすなど工夫してみてください。
