I've heard only good things about @workshopyenakart and finally relieved after a couple of attempts to visit on a Sunday ( they closed every Sunday, doh! ) to take the opportunity of a celebratory birthday (not mine) Monday morning off!

It may strike you at first that the setting is rather "casual corporate", in that it's actually designed to be co working space friendly. The food however will surpass your thoughts on thinking about work, thank God!

Chef Clement, from the South West of France is a plethora of culinary knowledge and also life lessons. Diners are at ease when discussing "shop" at lengths with this bright and talented chef.

With all the workings of classic French Bistro but with a little extra design pizazz and technical oomph, dishes still appear approachable but Chef Clement's fine flair is clearly sound in every dish. Snail, fish and duck cooking are on point and the integration of local, fresh produce are also felt yet seamless.

It's clear why @workshopyenakart has become a humble, local favourite and if you're not the biggest fan of the alternative restaurant setting, like ourselves, you'll be greatly looking forward to their new outdoor dining area tucked into the very centre of the building looking up through trees, into Bangkok's infinite sky. #BangkokFoodies #FoodiesOfficialAsia #workshopyenakat @ WORKSHOP

簡単に作れるピザのご紹介です！
使うのはなんとフライパン！！オーブンのない方でもすごくお手軽に作れますよ♪
とっても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてくださいね。

フライパンでピザ
2人分

材料：
お湯　120ml
オリーブオイル　大さじ1
薄力粉　85g
砂糖　小さじ1/2
インスタントイースト　小さじ1/2
塩 小さじ　1/2
マリナラソース　130g
ピザ用モッツァレラチーズ　200g
ペパロニ　75g
バジル（みじん切り）適量

作り方：
1. テフロン加工のフライパンにお湯、オリーブオイル、薄力粉、砂糖、インスタントイースト、塩を入れる。ゴムベラでよく混ぜ、平らに伸ばす。

2. 表面にマリナラソースを塗る。ピザ用モッツァレラチーズを均等に振りかけ、ペパロニを並べる。

3. フライパンに蓋をかぶせ、鍋つかみで蒸気穴をふさぐ。中火で10分焼き、蒸気穴から鍋つかみを取ってさらに5分焼く。

4. 端がきつね色に焼けたらフライパンから取り出し、まな板の上で5分冷ます。

5. バジルをかけて8等分に切り分けたら、完成！


20-Minute One-Pan Pizza
for 2 servings

Ingredients:
½ cup warm water(120 mL)
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅔ cup all purpose flour(85 g)
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon instant yeast
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup marinara sauce(130 g)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(200 g)
½ cup pepperoni slices(75 g)
fresh basil, chopped, for garnish

Preparation:
1. In a large nonstick pan, combine the warm water, olive oil, flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Use a spatula to stir the ingredients, then smooth the dough to the edges of the pan.

2. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, all the way to the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then top with the pepperoni.

3. Place over medium heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes with the vent covered.

4. Uncover the vent and cook for 5 more minutes, until the edges are crispy.

5. Slide the pizza out of the pan onto a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with basil, then slice and serve.

7. Enjoy!
