You could and will only see me talk about her semi-permanent makeup on my social media because of this. Rebecca did my brows 2 years ago and I FELL IN LOVE! I didn’t want to give a rush review or recommendation until today. It is my 4th time back, and I am confident to recommend this place to y’all with all my heart.
