Fuh, memang sedap betul Tiramisu ni. Lagi-lagi bila dimakan masa sejuk-sejuk. Rupa dia pun cantik. Nak buat pun senang je sebab tak perlu nak masak. Jangan lupa cuba tau!

Resepi Tiramisu Tanpa Telur, Tak Payah Guna Ketuhar Untuk Bakar
Bahan-bahan
500 gm keju mascarpone
1 sb serbuk kopi
1/2 cwn krim putar tenusu
1/2 cwn gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
serbuk koko (secukupnya)
1 pkt stik roti/biskut lady finger
250 ml air panas
Cara memasak
1. Larutkan serbuk kopi bersama air panas. Sejukkan seketika.
2. Pukul keju mascarpone, gula aising, krim putar tenusu dan esen vanila sehingga ringan dan gebu. Masukkan ke dalam piping bag dan ketepikan.
3. Patahkan stik roti dan susun kemas di dalam cawan kaca.
4. Tuangkan sedikit larutan kopi sehingga stik roti kelihatan lembut.
5. Paipkan campuran keju dan ulang langkah keempat sehingga memenuhi cawan kaca.
6. Taburkan serbuk koko di atas permukaan dan tiramisu tanpa telur siap untuk dihidangkan.

Eggless Tiramisu No-Bake Recipe
Ingredients
500 gm mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp of coffee powder
1/2 cup dairy whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
coco powder (as needed)
1 pckt bread stick / lady finger biscuit
250 ml hot water
Cooking methods
1. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water. Let them cool.
2. Beat mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, dairy whipping cream and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Pour into pipping bag and set aside.
3. Break bread stick and neatly arrange them into the glass.
4. Pour in coffee solution until the bread stick soggy.
5. Pipe cheese mixture and repeat steps number four until fully cover the glass.
6. Dust with coco powder on top and eggless tiramisu is ready to be served.

kek gulung pandan
1 tin buah koktel
Bahan-bahan (Kastard)
1 cwn tepung kastard
1/2 cwn gula
2 cwn susu segar
Bahan-bahan (Agar-agar)
1 pkt serbuk agar-agar
1/2 cwn gula
2 cwn air
1 sk sirap ros
Cara memasak (Kastard)
Campurkan tepung kastard, gula, susu segar dan kacau sebati.
Masak campuran tersebut menggunakan api sederhana sehinggga pekat dan berkilat. Ketepikan.
Cara memasak (Agar-agar)
1. Campurkan serbuk agar-agar, gula dan air.
2. Masak gunakan api sederhana sehingga semuanya larut sempurna.
3. Masukkan esen sirap, kacau dan ketepikan.
Penyediaan
1. Susun kek gulung pandan di permukaan gelas dan tekan sedikit.
2. Curahkan air koktel ke seluruh permukaan.
3. Tuangkan kastard dan ratakan menggunakan sudu. Sejukkan seketika.
4. Letakkan buah koktel dan tuang pula larutan agar-agar. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais selama 1-2 jam.
5. Puding trifle kastard siap untuk dihidangkan.

1 canned cocktail fruits

1 pckt agar-agar powder
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
1 tsp of syrup rose
Cooking methods (Custard)
Mix custard flour, sugar, fresh milk and stir well.
Cook the mixture using medium heat until thicken and shiny. Set aside.

1. Mix agar-agar powder, sugar and water.
2. Using medium heat, cook until agar-agar powder and sugar perfectly dissolve.
3. Add in rose syrup, stir and set aside.
Preparation
1. Arrange pandan swiss roll cake on glass surface and press a bit.
2. Pour cocktail juice to all surface.
3. Pour custard and spread well using spoon. Let them cool for while.
4. Put cocktail fruits and pour in agar-agar mixture on top. Chill for at least 1-2 hours.
5. Pudding trifle custard ready to be served.

5. Kacau sebati dan akhir sekali masukkan udang yg direbus ke dalam.
6. Kacau sebati dan kerabu mi segera siap utuk dihidangkan.

2 pckt instant noodles
1 carrot (sliced)
1/2 holland (sliced)
scallion (sliced)
coriander (sliced)
10 pieces cherry tomatoes (cut half)
3 clove garlic (minced)
1 red chili (sliced)
2 bird eye's chili (sliced)
1 tsp chili flake
4 pieces crab stick (diced)
5 shrimp (boiled)
2 pieces fish cake (boiled)
2 tbsp of sugar syrup
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1 piece lime (squeezed)
Cooking methods
1. Boil the instant noodles using medium hot water until soften and drain the excess water.
2. Blanch shrimp, crab stick and fish cake for while and set aside.
3. Using a bowl, add in boil instant noodles, carrots, slice holland, scallion, coriander, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, red chili, bird eye chilies, chili flakes, crab stick, fish cake, fish sauce and lime squeezed.
4. Season with sugar syrup, white pepper, and salt.
5. Mix well and lastly add in boiled shrimp into.
6. Mix well and kerabu instant noodles thai ready to be served.
