Since you ask me this question A LOT, I’m sharing the variety of foods I usually eat 😬 (not all of this in a day). So… I like to have my green juice/smoothies in the morning as a supplement (not a meal). With my main meals: - Veggies: I try my best to have greens and colours on the plate 🥗 - I’m not a vegetarian, I eat all meat but with moderate portions. Try to do 1 day a week of no meat. - Variety: mix things up & try new things - Flexibility: Some 🍟 + 🍔 is good for the soul too sometimes, especially when cravings kick in - Portion: remember the Sunnah of our Prophet (pbuh). From science to technology to the communities to religions and journeys of the Leaders throughout the century and decades, history repeats itself in its own form. In Islam, it was on the Day of Arafat when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) delivered his life’s last sermon to the Muslims. During the Hajj pilgrimage – on 9th Dhu al-Hijjah, 10 AH (6 March 632) – Muhammad gathered his followers in the Uranah valley of Mount Arafat and laid a long speech, known as the “Farewell or Last Sermon”. In that very meaningful yet momental speech, he highlighted :- 1. the rights of women, 2. laid down important reforms on social and economic living, 3. urged Muslims to establish brotherhood, 4. and also predicted his early death by saying that this could be his last sermon because he has completed his mission of spreading Islam and the Almighty Allah’s message to the humanity.
