Egyptian woman arrested for baking 'indecent' cakes
埃及糕點師傅被捕，理由竟然是蛋糕不雅

🎂 A woman in Egypt was briefly detained after being accused of baking "indecent" cakes, local media say. The cakes, topped with genitalia and underwear fashioned out of fondant icing, were eaten at a birthday party at an exclusive Cairo sports club.
埃及當地媒體報導，有位女性被指控烘焙「不雅」蛋糕而被短暫拘留。 該報導中指出的蛋糕上面有翻糖做的生殖器官和內衣，是在為一個在開羅某一高級運動俱樂部舉辦的生日派對所製。

👩‍🍳 After photographs went viral, the baker was arrested and later released on $319 bail. There are reports that the partygoers may face legal action too. A top religious body warned that such baked goods were forbidden by Islam.
蛋糕的照片在網路上瘋傳後，這位女性糕點師傅被警方逮補，在支付319美金的保釋金之後獲釋。有其他相關報導指出，參加聚會的人也可能面臨法律訴訟。某個重要宗教群體表示，這樣的糕點在伊斯蘭教眼中是被禁止的。

☪️ Dar al-Ifta wrote on Facebook that products featuring sexual representations were "an assault on the value system and a crude abuse of society". The ministry of youth and sports is reportedly looking into the involvement of the club that hosted the private gathering.
埃及伊斯蘭教判例局在Facebook上指出，在產品上描繪生殖器官是對於「價值體系的攻擊和對社會的殘暴傷害。」據報導，埃及青年與體育部正在調查舉辦這場私人聚會的俱樂部。

In the past few months I’ve joined music festivals and marathons, swum in public pools and worked out at fully-functioning gymnasiums, had drinks at packed bars and attended banquet dinners.
當紐約、倫敦、墨爾本等大城市都封城，全台商業照常開張。我過去幾個月參加過音樂節和馬拉松賽，到公共泳池游泳，在健全的健身房健身，去擠滿人的酒吧喝酒並參加晚宴。

在大部分的亞洲電影中，我們常用淺景深和長鏡頭拍攝，避免拍到亂七八糟（大部分亞洲城市也是）的環境，轉移觀眾視線，看到無關痛癢的東西。

在《重慶森林》裏，我們希望營造人群之間的隔膜： 在一眾參加派對的人中，映襯王菲在深宵快餐店工作的孤獨。

我用極近距離的手搖鏡頭拍攝林青霞那一幕，試圖讓觀眾清楚感受重慶大廈如何龍蛇混雜，她的處境也非常危險。

所有藝術源於本來的素材…它可以是簡單地回應／對抗又或是尋覓一種改變。

我們在《墮落天使》中運用廣角鏡，因為在《重慶森林》裏已用上太多長鏡頭﹗

超廣角鏡最具挑戰性和冒險的地方，就是構圖本身襄括一切東西：所以拍攝地點、演員走位、鏡頭擺動、打不打燈等問題能否協調一致，都是一個場景拍攝成功的必然要素，也是不折不扣的實驗。

In most Asian films, we use shallow depth of field and longer lenses to avoid all the ‘messiness’ ( of most Asian cities ) that would be distracting, extraneous if it gained attention in the frame .

In Chunking Express we wanted a similar feeling of isolation within a crowd : the crowds of partygoers frame Faye Wong’s loneliness in Midnight Express fast food store.

All art comes from what came before it …. So it can be as simple as
responding to /rejecting/ looking for a change.

We used super wide angles on Fallen Angels because we had used so many long lenses on Chungking Express!

The challenge and an adventure of a super wide-angle lens is that everything is in frame: so the ‘coherence’ of a location, the movement of actors and camera, how the scene was or was not ‘lit’ were imperative to the success of a scene and the experiment as a whole.
