好久沒去聖淘沙！！最喜歡帶少爺到那邊選一間海邊餐廳，開啟微渡假模式～ ⛱️

聖淘沙每間海邊餐廳皆有特色，實在很難選擇～ 這回阿媛選以西班牙海灘風情為構思的FOC Sentosa
餐廳簡約寬敞，有分室內區和室外的沙灘座椅區，更提供小型泳池！
非常喜歡 #沙灘座椅區，保有隱私愜意空間。躺在懶人椅望著藍天，陽光灑在肌膚的溫暖，時光定格在當下片刻。

美食主打 #地中海菜餚，清爽健康～ 喜歡招牌的西班牙燉飯，米粒軟糯透心，香氣十足。
其他Tapas 推薦點生蠔，搭配自製醬料，鹹甜帶鮮。當然不會忘了點調酒😌
但估計是位於聖淘沙又提供完善設施，這間的美食單價算偏高，記得安慰自己出來玩開心就好，氣氛無價！

วันก่อน นัดเพื่อนกินข้าวกลางวันแถว Central Area
เพื่อนเสนอร้านนี้ พี่แป๋วเห็นได้ Michelin Bib Gourmand ก็เลยตกลง

ร้านชื่อ Chen’s Mapo Tofu
หลักๆ ขายอาหารจีนเสฉวนจานด่วน
ชื่อร้านก็บอกอยู่แล้วเนอะว่าเมนูอะไรเป็นซิกเนเจอร์
.
ร้านเหมือนจะมีหลายสาขา แต่สาขานี้ได้มิชลินอยู่สาขาเดียว
เป็นร้านแนวกึ่งฟาสต์ฟู้ด
คือ ยืนสั่งที่เคาน์เตอร์หน้าร้าน แล้วเข้ามาหาโต๊ะในร้านนั่งรอ พอออเดอร์เราทำเสร็จแล้วก็เดินไปหยิบ

เป็นร้านแนวพนักงานออฟฟิศหาข้าวเที่ยงกินเร็วๆ สะดวกๆ ไม่ได้หรูหราอะไร

ลองสั่งเมนูในภาพ เป็นอาหารชุด เค้าบอกเป็น Signature ก็มี

เต้าหู้มาโปข้นไปหน่อย แต่ข้าวดี หนึบๆ คล้ายข้าวญี่ปุ่น
ซุปของตามตามหมี่นใสไปนิด แต่รสชาติดี
ไก่ป๊อบกินเพลินมากกกกกก เผ็ดหมาล่าพอปะแล่ม

นั่งกินไปคิดไป ก็อร่อยดีนะ
แต่อร่อยถึงขั้นได้มิชลินเลยเหรอ?
คิดไปเรื่อยๆ ก็ขี้เกียจคิดละ 😆
คิดมาก หาเรื่องตินู่นนี่นั่น เดี๋ยวจะกลายเป็นไม่อร่อยไปซะฉิบ 😆
