Understandably everyone is going through a tough time now as the pandemic continues. Whilst we're in no power to help improve the health of others, we are capable of and responsible for taking care of ourselves and our loved ones by restricting our daily activities and outgoings to limit the potential spread of the virus.

With the movement restrictions/quarantine/partial lockdown (not public holiday ok) in full effect, we have more time in our hands than usual. Instead of utilizing this time to maximize one's Netflix account, use this free time for self-improvement and lend a hand to those in need. Study subjects that fascinates you, learn to cook and meal prep if you don't know how to, clean the house, fix the thing which broke months ago, donate to a shelter home, etc. Every problem faced comes with an opportunity to grow.

Just like any hike up the mountains, the routes ahead are harsh, steep, and never easy to go through. Instead of complaining how difficult it is to hike up, use it as an opportunity to improve our cardiovascular health and enjoy the scenery around, capture some breathtaking moments/photos whilst we're at it (cardio pun intended).

Not only would we be rewarded with the feeling of accomplishment once we've reach the summit but we will also have the priceless memory of the journey (and sometimes photos like this one)
