    2021年已經進入四月春天的季節了
    最近很少更新部落格，大家都好嗎？

    三個月前自己的身體出了一些狀況
    那天半夜突然醒來
    呼呼困難，心臟痛，覺得缺氧，呼吸不到空氣，心跳急速跳動，快到我很怕心臟會突然停了

    完全沒辦法控制自己的心臟
    身體突然不是你的那種感覺真的很可怕
    覺得快撐不過去⋯想要自己叫救護車
    但那時美國每日確診人數高達四十幾萬人
    因為疫情很嚴重不敢去緊診室
    心裡很怕如果我怎麼了，老公和孩子怎麼辦

    半夜在家裡走動，自己坐在後院
    想盡辦法讓自己保持呼吸
    很無助，只能不停的禱告
    看著天空滿滿的星星
    對著天空請在天堂的家人幫我撐過去
    一整晚沒睡，感恩最後有撐到早上🙏

    之後兩三天心臟都很弱
    很幸運有認識的朋友是UCSD心臟科醫生
    謝謝朋友馬上安排醫院照心跳圖和網路看診
    之後要再照心臟超音波
    還好當時有認識的醫生才能鬆了一口氣

    來美國20年只看過婦產科醫生
    上個月第一次看了內科醫生
    做了基本的抽血檢查，報告出來正常🙏
    但有高血壓的症狀還需要繼續試著改善
    就在覺得沒事的時候，醫生聽到我常半夜頭痛到痛醒，馬上要我去照腦部MRI
    在美國要醫生願意讓你照MRI是很難的事
    突然聽到醫生要我去照，心裡又擔心了起來⋯
    這段時間就這樣默默的在種種的擔心害怕裡渡過

    自從一月心臟出問題，很怕會再發生一次
    這幾個月都在試著調適自己的身體，調整自己的情緒
    試著不要焦慮，改變飲食，不再看有關疫情的新聞
    除了繼續保持運動，開始在社區走路30分鐘
    也再次開始聽Joel Osteen的教會演講
    希望這一整年身體所有的不適會好轉

    一過完36歲生日身體就發出警訊
    結婚後一心只想著顧好老公和孩子們
    現在能夠好好的呼吸真好
    會開始好好照顧自己，因為我想照顧他們到很久很久

    媽媽們照顧好另一半和孩子們之外，也要有更健康的自己
    一起為健康加油
