【豬肉清炒蘿蔔泥柑橘醋】

聽起來就十分開胃的組合，在costco買到的柑橘醋，如果你不知道如何使用，推薦你可以試試這道料理。
柑橘醋搭配蘿蔔泥沾上肉享用，可說是日本人夏天最常吃的開胃料理。

通常我們在吃涮肉片時會搭配著蘿蔔泥柑橘醋醬汁吃。
但是特地開一鍋涮肉片不免有些麻煩，所以這次我將全部材料下鍋炒，省去洗鍋子的手續。
不喜歡豬肉的話，用雞肉料理也相當好吃喔！

☆材料☆
豬五花肉片---200g
蔬菜---適量
蘿蔔泥---1/2根（小支）
柑橘醋醬油---200cc

☆作法步驟☆

[1]
蔬菜洗淨切好入口大小。白蘿蔔磨成泥並擰乾水分。
[2]
平底鍋熱鍋，加入豬肉片及蔬菜翻炒。
※由於豬五花肉片本身油脂夠多，即使不另外放油也ＯＫ。
[3]
蔬菜與肉片都炒熟後，加入白蘿蔔泥及柑橘醋拌勻。
[4]
最後盛盤灑點柴魚片即可上桌。
★小撇步
白蘿蔔泥的量可以隨個人喜好做調整。 你也可以搭配蔥花等食材一起吃。

1 chicken thigh
2 tbsp Miso Doko
some Daikon Oroshi
some salad
some onion soy sauce dressing
some green onion

Miso Doko（for 150 g）
100 g sweet white miso
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp Yuzu(or lemon) juice
1 tbsp Shio Koji
　1/2 tsp Ichimi Togarashi

Gusto's Onion soy sauce dressing(200cc)
1 clove garlic
18/ head onion
50 ml oil
50 ml soy sauce
50 ml mirin
50 ml vinegar
1 tsp potato starch
2 tps water

Salad（for 2 servings）
80 g cabbage
15 g red cabbage
10 g carrot
30 g lettuce
