Brown stripe red snapper meunière，赤筆仔佐法式白酒奶油檸檬醬汁：買到一條赤筆仔，不想清蒸或乾煎，做成乾燒魚是想下飯的時候。世界上吃笛鯛科的魚最普遍的地方是沖繩，像是石機仔(黃足笛鯛/オキフエダイ/Blacktail snapper/)、四線(四線笛鯛/ヨスジフエダイ/Bluestripe snapper)、黑點仔(火斑笛鯛/ニセクロホシフエダイ/Dory snapper ）、海雞母(五線笛鯛/ロクセンフエダイ/Fiveline Snapper）、花笛鯛(藍紋姬鯛/ハナフエダイ/Ornate Snapper)、琉球黑毛(黑背羽鰓笛鯛/マダラタルミ/Black and white snapper）、交叉笛鯛(アミメフエダイ/Checkered snapper）、正笛鯛(キンセンフエダイ/Bigeye snapper)這些笛鯛科的魚，在沖繩被統稱為「ビタロー」，赤筆仔就叫「イクナビタロー」。而牠們在沖繩除了做成生魚片外，多以撒上鹽與黑胡椒，再以大蒜奶油煎的「バター焼き」的做法烹調。後來心想，既然如此，乾脆就加碼用meunière方式來做好了，不過正宗meunière的話，是得用Dover sole這種舌鰨的。

In this hotel review, i present : The Sultan Singapore.


The Sultan Hotel is located in the predominantly Malay and Arab district of Kampong Glam, an area which still retains much of its old appeal; there are ornate mosques, dusty antique stores, and decades-old eateries lining its many side streets.


Constructed from 10 historic shops, The Sultan Singapore has attractive period details including arched doorways, wood-beamed ceilings, and latticework screens.
