⭐這次的作品是我在2020親身經歷的故事變成了創作的元素，今年本來要在加拿大藝術進駐打工度假一整年，但因為疫情的關係被迫回台，在回台灣的一路上的心路歷程點點滴滴故事，包含14天的居家檢疫歷程用比較輕鬆的方式變成創作中的故事~歡迎大家可以點進去看唷~

★SOS! Back to Taiwan!
In late 2020, coronavirus is continuing its spread across the world. Our team member Orange was forced to give up her assignment abroad and come back to our hometown, Taiwan. According to the Taiwan government's policy, all arriving passengers are required to accept all necessary quarantine measures for national security and public health protection. We made this project to present the whole of Orange's experience in a relaxed way. During the 14 days of quarantine times, the player has to stay in the room and complete 14 different missions. After that, the most famous feature of Taiwan, the night market, and its various delicious Taiwanese snacks are waiting for your visit! Enjoy it!

2020年，新型冠狀病毒在世界各地造成疫情肆虐傳播。 我們的團隊成員Orange Sliver被迫放棄在國外的工作機會，回到我們的家鄉台灣。 根據台灣政府的政策，所有抵台的旅客都必須接受所有必要的檢疫措施，以保障國家安全和公共健康。 我們的創作以居家檢疫14天的故事背景，運用輕鬆地方式表現Orange Silver的經歷。 在居家檢疫的14天中，玩家必須在房間裡並完成14個不同的任務。完成任務後，你就可以進入台灣遊玩，包含最著名的景點台北101、夜市及其各種美味的台灣小吃等著你的光臨！透過此次的互動遊戲讓世界各地的玩家了解台灣在防疫工作方面的案例。

夏なので爽やかなケーキが作りたいな〜思って、今回はシフォンにオレンジを入れて #オレンジシフォンケーキ を作りました。
そして仕上げにホイップクリームをデコレーション！ #ふわふわの #シフォンケーキ と爽やかなオレンジは相性抜群です。
紅茶などと一緒にお召し上がりください。（オレンジペコが特にオススメです🍊）by吾郷

▽▼▽事前準備▽▼▽
1.食材の計量と、道具の用意をする
2.オーブンを180℃で予熱する

▽▼▽ふわふわなシフォンに仕上げるコツ▽▼▽
☆しっかりとしたメレンゲを作る
☆メレンゲと卵黄たちを合わせるときの混ぜる回数を最小にする
☆逆さにして粗熱をとる

▽▼▽補足情報▽▼▽
お好みの油と書きましたが、今回は米油を使いました♪
もちろんサラダ油でも良いです。
香りの強い油はオレンジの香りを邪魔しちゃうのでオススメできません。

◆量 直径17cmのシフォン型 1台
◆時間 01：00

▽道具
ボウル（iwaki）
ハンドミキサー
ふるい（手動 小判形）
おろし器
オーブン（日立）
シフォンケーキ型（17cm）

▽シフォンの食材
卵 中5個
塩 ひとつまみ
グラニュー糖 100g
お好みの油 80ml
オレンジ 1個
薄力粉 130g
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2（2g）
ホイップクリーム 適宜

▽シフォンの手順
1. 卵を卵黄と卵白にわけて、卵白のボウルに塩を加えたらハンドミキサーで泡立てる。その途中でグラニュー糖を2、3回にわけて加える。ツノが立つくらいのしっかりとしたメレンゲを作る。
2. 卵黄のボウルに油とオレンジ汁（120ml 約オレンジ1個分）、オレンジの皮（よく洗ってすりおろす）を加えてホイッパーで混ぜ合わせる。
3. ②に薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、ホイッパーで混ぜ合わせる。
4. ③に①のメレンゲを3回に分けて加え、気泡をつぶさないようスパチュラでさっくりと混ぜる。
5. ④を型に流し入れたら、180℃に予熱したオーブンで30分程度焼く。竹串をさして生地がついてこなければ焼き上がり。
6. 型ごと逆さにして粗熱を取る。ナイフなどを使って型から外す。
7. シフォンケーキを器にのせたら、ホイップクリームを上面に塗り広げる。お好みでオレンジの皮やミントを飾る。
