The beloved ingredient from Ningde, Fujian (where over 85% of the world’s yellow croaker are produced) is extremely fresh and succulent thanks to its diet of fresh mini shrimp and small fish. The Yellow Croaker in Sambal Sauce 叁巴酱淋黄花鱼 is topped with homemade sambal sauce. The flavors are well-balanced, sweet, spicy, sour and savory all at once. The Chinese Kale Fried With Salted Yellow Croaker 咸鱼炒芥蓝 is a novel combination of crispy cubes of salted yellow croaker and fresh kale. Healthy and scrumptious! From 29 Mar 2021, customers can enjoy yellow croaker dishes with naturally-fermented sake at a special 20% discount, for just $20/ pot (150ml).
