根據2017年的泰國憲法，參議員共250席，其中50席由選舉委員會指派，其餘200席由軍政府組織「國家和平暨秩序委員會」（NCPO）指派。眾議員共500席，由18歲以上的公民在全國350個選區選出350名（可海外及提前投票），另150名眾議員依政黨得票比例分配。

泰國76個府加上曼谷市共有350個選區，每區選出一名國會議員。曼谷市有最多選區，將選出30名國會議員，其他依序是呵叻省（Nakhon Ratchasima）的14個，烏汶（Ubon Ratchathani）和孔敬（Khon Kaen）的10個，清邁有9個選區，其他人口較少的8個府則僅有一名國會議員席次。

擔任總理先登記，不一定是國會議員，但需要參議院及眾議院多半席次支持，很難有單一政黨過半。

泰國國會大選起跑，泰國將於3月24日舉行國會選舉，2月4日至8日，各黨有意參選國會議員者可到各選區指定的地點登記為候選人，政黨也要在本週提交依照得票比例分配席次的政黨名單及總理人選（每個黨可以列出3位總理人選）。

一般視為親近流亡的前總理戴克辛(Thaksin Shinawatra)家族的為泰黨5日在選舉策略領袖蘇達拉(Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan)帶領下，前往選舉委員會遞交政黨名單和總理人選名單。

為泰黨的總理人選名單分別為蘇達拉、前交通部長查察(Chatchart Sitthipan)及前司法部長猜卡盛(Chaikasem Nitisiti)。

2018年3月成立的未來前進黨今天(6日)在39歲的黨魁他納通(Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit)帶領下，到選舉委員會遞交政黨名單及總理人選。總理名單只有一人，就是他納通。

根據泰國2017年起實施的新憲法，總理可由參議院推舉不具議員身分或無黨派人士參選，參議院250席中50席由選委會指派，200席由國家和平秩序委員會(NCPO)指派，也就是軍政府完全掌控參議院的席次。

同樣在去年3月成立、被視為親軍政府的公民力量黨(Palang Pracharath)上週邀請帕拉育加入公民力量黨並成為總理人選，不過帕拉育至今未表態，他最晚會在8日做出決定。

公民力量黨預計提名的總理人選除了帕拉育，還有前工業部長烏塔瑪(Uttama Savanayana)及現任副總理宋奇(Somkid Jatusripitak)。

另外，泰國民主黨將提交曾任總理的黨魁艾比希(Abhisit Vejjajiva)為唯一的總理人選。

Hi! i'm Japanese.i heard this recipe from my Italian friend.and she said the most important point of Italian Tiramisu is "never use instant coffee".
this time,i made Fluffy Italian Classic Tiramisu;)
as you may feeling uncomfortable about eating raw eggs,i love this recipe than other(for examples,using fresh cream)recipes.
this tiramisu is rich taste,very fluffy,and yummy!

ingredients
2 eggs to be eaten raw
40g glanurated sugar(for adding egg yolk)
5g glanurated sugar(for adding egg white)
100ml espresso(or instant coffee)
2tsps glanurated sugar
sambuca(if desired)
250g mascarpone
cacao powder(or cocoa powder)
finger biscuit(or sponge cake)

I made Japanese green powdered tea"Matcha" flavor Tiratise.Tiratise is not Tiramise.it's made of soy bean cream.
this recipe is easy to make and taste is nice.
flower shaped cookies are Japanese buckwheat cookies"Sobabolo"(we can use finger biscuits instead of that) and tofu is silk tofu.we save to strain.
簡単抹茶ティラミスです。裏ごし面倒な方はやらなくてもＯＫ。混ぜて冷やすだけで完成です(ﾟ∇^*)　あと、豆腐は絹です。
