2021-02-12 16:00:11In this hiking vlog I explore the beautiful English Countryside in North Wessex Downs AONB and discover a secret Stonehenge that nobody knows about!
In this hike I explore lots of historic landmarks found in the England. The first landmark I hiked to was Silbury Hill which it the llargest artificial prehistoric mound in Europe. Next I walked to West Kennet Long Barrow which is an ancient tomb dating back to 3650 BC. After this I hiked along the fields to West Kennet Avenue which is a site of large prehistoric stones said to be grave markers. Finally I did the long walk over stunning nature landscapes to reach a site very similar to Stonehenge called Farley Henge. Little is known about this hidden gem and it is a wonderful place to come and explore.

2020-11-24 13:05:20For this episode, we went down to King of Fried Rice at Golden Mile Tower to demolish a 4KG Fried Rice Challenge. King of Fried Rice is true to its name, specialising solely in Fried Rice with varieties such as the popular Pork Cutlet Egg Fried Rice ($6.50) to the Shrimp Mala Fried Rice ($6.80) at affordable prices.
For my challenge, I ordered 12 portions of Egg Fried Rice topped with generous servings of Pork Cutlets and Shrimp and garnished with Ebiko and Spring Onions. The staff skilfully plated the rice using a large bowl, forming a gorgeous 4KG mound of Egg Fried Rice with the accompanying toppings. The standard measure of comparison for Pork Cutlet Egg Fried Rice would usually be Din Tai Fung’s, and King of Fried Rice’s version edges it out slightly. Flavour-wise, Din Tai Fung’s is saltier, but the pork cutlet from King of Fried Rice was amazingly tender and slightly caramelised. They also offer a chilli oil for you to add on the side that should elevate the Egg Fried Rice greatly.
It got rough towards the end, as is the norm for me and Fried Rice challenges, but it was overall enjoyable. King of Fried Rice offers different versions of Fried Rice that can be paired with a number of different toppings, so do visit them for affordable and excellent Fried Rice!
