/就擅改圖則問題，庭上揭露港鐵與設計顧問阿特金斯（Atkins）就連續牆第二次改動有「字眼上」誤解。禮頓第二次改動連續牆設計時，在2015年向阿特金斯提出「技術查詢（technical query）」，獲覆可將層板與通風槽結構同時、整體地落石屎（at the same time、monolithically），便可保留螺絲帽接駁，毋須削低連續牆，當時的圖則亦顯示牆頂仍有螺絲帽。
不過，港鐵及阿特金斯對於「整體落石屎」（monolithically）等字眼有不同解讀。何昊幫認為整體落石屎需要削底連續牆；阿特金斯職員W.C.Lee的證人供詞卻指，回覆技術查詢時是指毋須削牆及移除螺絲帽，層板與通風槽結構只需「同時」落石屎即可。夏正民則指，委員會專家亦質疑有關用詞令人誤解，應使用其他較簡單的用詞，讓人易於接收指示。/
