Bear witness to humanity through an eclectic visual story of music, culture, and creative freedom as fine-art photographer Sheila Pree Bright takes us back to Afropunk 2019 in Atlanta.

Engulfed in a sea of vibrant colors and bold styles, Sheila’s shares her perspective through a monochromatic series of portraits and scenes, capturing the soul and personalities of her subjects. Discover what it means to “capture the heart and soul” of your subjects to tell a bigger story. The program is moderated by documentary photographer, Devin Allen.

As I enter the space, I move through the sound of the music and laughter. EDIT: y'all I was 14 when I did my music GCSE, its been 6/7 years since LMAO

This was one of my compositions that I composed and submitted as part of my IGCSE music coursework. As a percussionist and marimbist, I had to write something for my beloved Marimba

My music teacher marked it 24/25.
Examiner moderated it 23/25 (if I remember correctly)

Overall, got an A(star) (I can't insert asterisks?!?!?) for Music ;)

Intention was to emulate being lost, a sense of being blinded by the unknown. idk that was me trying to make it sound all deep

I'm doing IB Music HL now lmao prayers would help hAHAHA

I had moderated the stage presentation showcasing Andrew Bell (http://www.creaturesinmyhead.com) for the Singapore Toy Games & Comic Con in 2011 (sorry it took me nearly a year to upload this ;p).
