早速、ホットケーキ焼いてみました。
沢山焼いたホットケーキも、ラップに包んで冷凍保存!
孫のみっくんの保育園のお迎えの後のおやつになります＾＾
買ったものよりは、お砂糖も少ないしまだ安心かなと思います。
共働きで大変なお嫁さんに感謝～♡
子はみんなの宝なのだ!
いくつかジッパー付き袋ごと冷凍庫で、スタンバイさせておくと便利です!

【Ingredients】1 Pancake mix bag
140g Cake flour
7g Baking powder
25g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)

●In a zip bag or air-tight container, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar.
(You can save the mixes in the freezer)


to cook one diy pancake mix bag:
1 Egg(50g)
8g oil 　
50g Plain yogurt
90g Milk
1 Pancake mix bag

Mix the ingredients in order from the top.
Finally, add the pancake mix and mix.
Cook in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.

***れしぴ置き場***

【材料】ホットケーキミックス 1袋分
薄力粉 140g
ベーキングパウダー 7g
きび砂糖 (グラニュー糖) 25g

【作り方】
●ジッパー付き袋に入れてふって空気をふくませるように
よく混ぜれば出来上がり。
(これを冷凍保存も出来ます、冷凍庫で2-3週間を目安に使い切って下さい)

ホットケーキミックス1袋を使ってホットケーキを焼きましょう。
【材料】6-7cm大きさで12枚ほど焼けます
卵(M)　1個
8g oil 　米油 8g
プレーンヨーグルト 50g
牛乳 90g
ホットケーキミックス 1袋

【作り方】
①ボウルにホットケーキの材料を上から順番に入れて泡立て器でぐるぐる混ぜる。
②最後にホットケーキミックスを全量加えて、粉っ気が無くなるまで混ぜる。
③フライパンを強火で熱してから弱火にしてうすく油をひき、両面きつね色に焼く。
焼き始めてから表面にぽつぽつと空気の穴が出てきたらひっくり返します。

***甘さ控えめですので、ハムやウィンナーをサンドして食べても
美味しいです。
今回はちいさめに焼きましたが、15cm位の大きさで数枚焼いて
休日の朝食にもどうぞ＾＾

「メロンパン」みたいなビスケットも自家製ホットケーキミックスで作れます。
スコーンとビスケットが仲良くなったような、サクサクした食感と
優しい甘さはおやつにぴったり＾＾
自家製ホットケーキミックスでホットケーキも大量に焼きましたのでそちらは次の動画で詳しくお伝えします。
これらは、孫のみっくん用。
届けた帰り際の「バイバイ」だけでいつも、やられてしまうバーバーです、笑

【Ingredients】

35g Melted butter(Unsalted butter)
Vanilla oil

for the diy pancake mix bag
150g Cake flour
7g Baking powder
25g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)

Granulated sugar
Chocolate chips


●In a zip bag or air-tight container, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar.
(You can save the mixes in the freezer)

to cook one diy pancake mix bag:
1 Egg(50g)

90g Soy milk(or Milk)
140g Cake flour
8g oil

【Directions】
①Add the melted butter to the eggs and mix well.
②Add the vanilla oil.
③Add the Homemade Pancake Mix,Fold it until the lumps are forme.
④Cut the Biscuit Dough into 16 pieces and make them round.
⑤Coat the Biscuit Dough with granulated sugar and gently score the Biscuit Dough into crisscross pattern.

⑥Cool it in the freezer 15 mins.
⑦Preheat the oven to 320°F/ 160℃ and bake it for 16 min.
⑧Cool completely on wire rack.

【材料】
卵 (M) 1個(45g)

グラニュー糖　
チョコレートチップ

【作り方】
①卵に溶かしたバターを加えてよく混ぜる。
②バニラオイルを加える。
③自家製ホットケーキミックスを加え、ねらないように切り混ぜる。
④ビスケット生地を16個に切り分け、丸める。
⑤ビスケット生地にグラニュー糖をまぶし、カードなどで格子状に切り込みを入れる。(ペティナイフでもok)
お好みでチョコチップを上に乗せる。
⑥冷凍庫で15分ほど冷やす。
⑦オーブンを160℃に予熱し、16分焼く。
⑧ワイヤーラックの上で冷まして出来上がり!

***自家製ホットケーキミックスは冷凍保存okです。
2週間を目安に使い切ります。
次回の動画で自家製ホットケーキミックスについて詳しく説明します＾＾
市販のHMの香りなどが気になるかたは是非作ってもらいたいです。

***市販のHMで作るときは180gで置き換えてください。
ただし、メーカーによっても生地の状態がこのレシピとは多少変わると思いますので、
様子を見ながら切り混ぜをしながら、調整してください。
ポイントはねらないように混ぜると、さくさくに焼き上がります。
