4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 kiub ayam knorr
2 sudu serbuk lada hitam
1 senduk kecil sos black pepper (dalam botol)- brand apa-apa je.
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu makan gula
100ml air
Semua bahan di atas kita kisarkan dia

Bahan B

sudu madu
3 sudu butter
2 sudu besar mixed herbs @ daun oregano

Perap sejam atau lebih. Kemudian bakar suhu 200 selama sejam.
