今年原本是紐約同志大遊行第五十年紀念(石牆事件之後一年才有遊行)，但因為疫情所以取消。那天在Target閒逛看到有賣Brooklyn Brewery出的The Stonewall Inn IPA就買了一手回來嚐鮮。這款session IPA很明顯是要和大廠啤酒Michelob Ultra競爭，號稱熱量只有95卡，但是酒精濃度也是幾乎無感的4%😆。

這樣低熱量，低酒精的啤酒當然是和奶香濃郁的Spaghetti Carbonara最佳搭檔。完全可以緩衝奶油培根麵的鹹香油膩。

不喜歡喝高酒精濃度啤酒的朋友可以試試這款以同志平權運動發源地為名的Stonewall Inn IPA，不會讓人失望的。
