Love the salmon mentaiko, flavorful, comes with wasabi soy sauce 🤤😋 big salmon pieces and cooked nicely, oh man, I need to double up the portion coz I love it ❤️, mentai is lurve. I also love that it has poach egg 😍😍 😍 Might not be enough for some people this portion (especially yang cardio 😜). Just nice for me. No wonder my sis ask if we wanted extra potato salad hahahaha.

Tried a bit of everything else. Teriyaki chicken and lemongrass chicken was tasty. I didn't like the Gohchujang sauce that much 😂 but the salad dressing is nice. Milk tea taste like Thai Milk Tea, less sugar was perfect 👌🏼.

ポテトガレットのレシピをご紹介します！
ホットサンドメーカーで作るので、フライパンでひっくり返す手間がありません♪

明太ポテトガレット
2人分

材料：
じゃがいも　1個
辛子明太子　1/2腹
A塩　少々
Aコショウ　少々
Aピザ用チーズ　25g
溶かしバター　適量

作り方：
1.じゃがいもの皮を剥き薄切りにしたら細切りにする。
（千切り程細くなくて良い）

2.辛子明太子は薄皮から取ってほぐす。

3.ボウルに(1)、(2)を入れ、Aを全て入れて軽く混ぜ合わせる。

4.ホットサンドメーカーの内側にバターを塗り(3)を入れ、中火で2分焼き、表面がこんがりきつね色にカリッと焼けたら完成！

Mentai Potato Galette Made With A Hot Sandwich Maker
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 potato
1/2 spicy mentaiko (cod roe)
A
Some salt and pepper
25g shredded cheese

Some beaten butter

PREPARATION
1. Peel the potato and cut into thin sticks.

2. Remove the skin and break the mentaiko apart.

3. Mix potato sticks (1), mentaiko (2), and all A ingredients in a bowl.

4. Apply butter to the sandwich grill. Grill 2 minutes each side over medium heat until golden and crispy.

5. Enjoy!

【和風明太子パスタ】
今日は、調味料2つだけでめっちゃ美味しく味が決まる『和風明太子パスタ』を作りました！
パスタはレンジでチンして茹でて、材料を和えるだけで間違いなく美味しく仕上がるので、定番のパスタレシピ！
今回は大根おろしと大葉で、暑い日でもサッパリ食べられるようにしました！超簡単なので、ぜひぜひお試しください！

〈材料〉一人分
パスタ(5分茹で) 100g
明太子 35g
☆バター 10g
☆めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 大さじ1
大根おろし  80g
大葉 1~2枚
