Here, we began with the truffle toasties which were met with favorite 12-month aged comté cheese, topped with miniature quail eggs in a fine balance of flavors. We also sank our teeth into the half roasted chicken but were less excited about the watercress jus, while the beef bavette won our hearts; done to a medium-rare with a sear and well-complimented by a luge of bone barrow and crispy shoe-string fries.
