呢款係一種印度既咖喱雞，為知名印度菜之一。
奶油咖哩雞既做法將雞肉用酸奶同埋香料醃漬數小時，難怪雞肉非常嫩滑。
醃漬用香料可包含葛拉姆馬薩拉、薑、蒜、檸檬、萊姆、胡椒、芫荽粉、孜然粉、薑黃粉和辣椒等。
可能因為有不同香料，所以咖哩香味非常濃郁。
