開車不喝酒🚗喝酒不開車🥃

威士忌的製造過程分為5個步驟：

❤️發芽Malting
篩選麥類或穀類～
將去除雜質後的麥類或穀類🌾
浸泡在熱水中直到發芽。

❤️磨碎Mashing
將乾燥好的麥類磨成粉⋯
這個過程稱之為磨碎。

❤️發酵Fermentation
將冷卻後的麥芽汁加入酵母發酵✨
發酵過程中⋯
酵母能將麥芽汁中的醣轉化成酒精。

❤️蒸餾Distillation
經過發酵後的麥類或穀類低酒精Beer～
需經過蒸餾的步驟才能形成威士忌。

❤️陳年Maturing
蒸餾過後的原酒是無色的～
必須經過陳年的過程，
讓「時間」改變其原味。
