#MorandiGreenDiet 【Vegan 甜品控注意！龍舌蘭大解「蜜」】 龍舌蘭 (Blue Agave) 是一種原產於北美洲的植物， 它的莖部非常短，葉子寬長，外觀和蘆薈有幾分相似。 它適宜生長在溫暖氣候，現時主要在墨西哥一帶種植， 有很多不同種類。 其中，藍色龍舌蘭 (Blue Agave) 和 黃邊龍舌蘭 (Maguey) 的莖部可製作成龍舌蘭蜜！ 龍舌蘭蜜在墨西哥當地非常流行，已有數百年使用歷史。 大家喜愛的龍舌蘭酒 (Tequila)， 也是從藍色龍舌蘭的莖部提煉、發酵並蒸餾而成。 但龍舌蘭酒並沒有龍舌蘭蜜成分喔！ ▍天然龍舌蘭蜜的好處 1. 龍舌蘭蜜含有不被身體吸收的果聚糖， 但市面上賣的龍舌蘭糖漿已變成果糖，對健康沒有益處！ 2. 龍舌蘭蜜含有腸泌素 (幫助腸道分泌的荷爾蒙)， 可抑制食慾，增強腸道免疫力，並有助控制體重。 3. 龍舌蘭蜜的升糖指數比普通白砂糖低， 有助維持血糖及胰島素水平。 ▍蜂蜜的純素替代品 在超市買到的龍舌蘭蜜經過加工，成為龍舌蘭糖漿。 果聚糖分解成果糖，含有相當高的熱量！ 龍舌蘭蜜和蜂蜜的稠度相似，但營養成分當然和蜂蜜不同～ 不吃蜂蜜的純素者， 可嘗試使用龍舌蘭蜜或糖漿，用來做飲料和甜品！ 同一份量的龍舌蘭糖漿， 比普通白砂糖甜25%，建議減少用量。 ▍Morandi Green提提大家： 無論是蜂蜜、龍舌蘭蜜還是龍舌蘭糖漿， 雖然是天然，但都是甜味劑，不宜多吃！

My lunch go-to order of roasted lobster with garlic, shiso and ponzu comes with fresh chunks of meat and the huge rib eye has a nice char. Loved the buttery miso marinated black cod - that caramelisation had me drooling! The sashimi and sushi platter are fresh too but even better washed down with the endo margarita (which comes complete with its own spice mix to rim your glass!) and yuzu highball (complete with spherical ice!). Honestly, it’s meals like these that are helping me overcome my apprehension towards takeout food as it shows that the meal can still be fresh, delicious and also presented well! ZUMA Restaurant’s takeaway menu is available daily 12-9pm and is available for collection at the venue or delivery to selected areas in Hong Kong (shoutout to the super friendly staff who delivered!).
