農曆新年後，連我自己18年創業經驗，我希望和你分享我在哈佛學到及應用了什麼 (幸運地，我公司過去幾年的同事們 turnover 都是近0)，可能令你的領袖能力亦有所啟發。

題目: 六步提升你的領袖能力 (6 Steps to Become A Better Leader) based on Harvard Professor Robert Steven Kaplan's teaching and his 3 books.

做生意有兩種方法賺錢， 一，就係就將價錢提升，二，將成本降低。

如果你成本係三蚊，賣五蚊，你就賺兩蚊。 你可以將服務提升，品質提升，成本增加一蚊，但價錢賣貴兩蚊， 呢個策略叫做 Differentiation 差異化。 人客願意畀多啲錢買靚啲嘅產品，你賺多一蚊，即係三蚊。

或者你可以用差啲嘅服務，少啲嘅員工，次級嘅品質， 成本慳番兩蚊，價錢賣平一蚊。 人客願意為咗慳錢而買啲渣啲嘅產品， 呢個叫 Cost Strategy 成本策略 ，用得啱嘅，你都會賺多啲，賺多一蚊，成本1蚊賣4蚊，都係賺3蚊。

但現實地，講就容易，市場環境競爭永遠都係越來越激烈。 我只有聽到生意越嚟越難做，從來未聽過有朋友同我講話生意越嚟越容易做，競爭越嚟越少，人客願意畀越嚟越多嘅錢，成本又越來越平。租金永遠都係貴。

因為咁，做生意嘅往往只係成本加多兩蚊，售價只能加多一蚊，甚至乎要減，或者， 售價要減兩蚊，成本死慳爛慳都只能慳返一蚊。 Margin 越 squeeze 越窄，最終無錢賺，好多執笠收場。

因為九成以上嘅公司，都係喺以上嘅紅海入面互相廝殺。 咁點樣能夠搵到你個藍海呢? 南海嘅公司就係能夠把價格提升，同時成本下降， 但人客又繼續幫佢買喎。即係價格賣六蚊，成本而家只係兩蚊，做到嘅，咁就賺四蚊。但點做呢?

根據 INSEAD 教授 W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne 嘅 Blue Ocean Strategy， 我今年5月去法國上咗佢哋嘅堂， 睇呢幾條片，你會睇到個summary，教授話有6種方法幫你衝出呢個紅海，游入去個藍海。唔係要 Compete 競爭, 要 Create 創造 .

邊六種方法，點樣應用在你盤生意上? 我自己做商舖基金，每日發夢都諗住呢六種方法。
