RESEPI KARI SOTONG TANPA SANTAN

1. Sotong 10 ekor(saiz besar + sederhana) berat dlm 1.2 Kg
2. Bahan kisar
Bwg merah 8 biji + bwg putih 5 biji + halia 1 inci + lada kering 12 tangkai(dibuang biji dan direbus) kesemua bahan dikisar halus.
3. Rempah 4 skwan( buah pelaga+ kayu manis+ bunga lawang + bunga cengkih)
4. Daun kari 1 pelepah
5. Daun pandan 2 helai
6. Bwg besar 1 biji mayang
7. Nisang 1/2 keping
8. Rempah kari 3 sb ( kari Adabi)
9. Serbuk cili 1 sb
10. Serbuk kunyit 1sb
11. Biji sawi 1 sk
12. Gula grm secukup rasa
13. Terung panjang 2 biji
14. Tomato 2 biji ( 1 biji dicincang kecil dan 1 biji dipotong 6)
15. Cili besar merah dan hijau 2 biji

Cara2 membuatnya:
🍴 Tumis rempah 4 skwn dgn bhn kisar dan biji sawi, daun kari..bwg besar smpai wangi...masukkan daun pandan..masukkan rempah kari ...serbuk kunyit serbuk cili ...msk smpai pecah minyak..masuk air..tumis lg smpai pecah mnyak lg sekali..biarkan mendidih...masukkan terung dan tomato...masukkan sotong dlm 8 ke 10 minit( jgn terlalu lama nnti sotong liat)...tambah grm gula ikut rasa ..angkat dan boleh hidang...Selamat Mencuba

Jam sekarang 12 malam. Ke empat-empat telefon anak kini ada dalam bilik saya.

Pintu bilik saya kunci.

Memang saya akan 'rampas' semua telefon anak menjelang malam.

Sebelum ni ada install famili link tapi anak pandai hack dan kadang guna alasan email berbeza waktu tugasan sekolah.

Maka kembali cara kuno. Rampas!

Kalau tak rampas.. nanti ada yang sibuk main game lah. Tik Tok lah. IG lah.. lepas tu nak kejut solat subuh semua liat sampai tahap kena simbah dengan air.

Adohai..

Teringat Pesan Allah pada semua parent..

Maka Untuk didik anak akhir zaman.. Doakan saya berjaya jadi bapa misali guys.
