美國所有州都是醫療從業人員優先。

跨州別比較，多州同時將 #兩個以上的族群 列為優先施打
如紐約將以上四組同時列為優先名單。

#殘存疫苗不浪費

在有剩餘劑量時，施打單位可以自行造冊施打剩餘劑量：

醫療單位可以自行編列施打候補名單，如退休職員、職員家屬等進行排序或抽籤。
即便如此，藥房先前施打疫苗後，仍須面臨極高的未到比例 (No-show Rate)
尤其是嬌生疫苗疑似出狀況的兩週一度高達 20%。

民間協助方式，其中最著名的是紐約新創公司 Dr.B。

該公司依照郵遞區號製作可能的候補清單
有殘劑時可以第一時間內通知 (軟封城期間在家的註冊用戶) 前來施打。

增加了該時期的疫苗使用效率，更省下了數以萬計的殘餘疫苗。

第74屆世界衛生大會於5/31落幕，武漢肺炎肆虐全球一年多以來，國際間深刻理解全球防疫合作迫切需要全球參與，尤其應讓台灣🇹🇼加入，外交部誠摯感謝友我國家史無前例的強勁支持！

🔹會前多國表態力挺

此外，超過40個國家及歐盟 #行政部門 以多元方式支持，日本🇯🇵首相菅義偉、內閣官房長官加藤勝信及外相茂木敏充、加拿大🇨🇦總理小杜魯道(Justin Trudeau)及外長賈諾(Marc Garneau)、瑞典🇸🇪 總理Stefan Löfven、比利時🇧🇪副總理兼外長薇梅絲(Sophie Wilmes)、美國🇺🇸國務卿布林肯(Antony Blinken)及衛生部長貝塞拉(Xavier Becerra)、荷蘭🇳🇱 外長Stef Blok及醫療照護暨體育部長Tamara van Ark，及法國🇫🇷外交部國務員Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne，均公開表達支持。

🔹會中發出正義之聲

今年會議中，我國14個 #友邦 透過提案、致函、執言或在全會及總務委員會為我「二對二辯論」等多元方式強力促請WHO邀請台灣參與，#理念相近國家 如美國🇺🇸、日本🇯🇵、英國🇬🇧、加拿大🇨🇦 、澳大利亞🇦🇺及馬爾他騎士團，以及德國🇩🇪 、法國 🇫🇷、紐西蘭🇳🇿、捷克🇨🇿、立陶宛🇱🇹 為我強力發聲及呼籲廣納各方參與。

🔹多方首次提及我國

加🇨🇦、法🇫🇷、德🇩🇪、義🇮🇹、日🇯🇵、美🇺🇸及英🇬🇧組成的 #七大工業國集團 (G7)及歐盟在本年 #G7外長會議公報 首度明確提及台灣。歐盟與美國首次進行中國議題高階對話會後聯合新聞稿指出台灣有意義參與WHA等國際組織的重要性。在WHA開議當天，美 🇺🇸、日🇯🇵、澳🇦🇺、加🇨🇦、英🇬🇧、法🇫🇷、德🇩🇪7國駐台機構串聯官方臉書發聲助我，美🇺🇸、日🇯🇵、澳🇦🇺3國駐台機構也首度發表聯合聲明聲援台灣。

🔹多國國會議員助我

全球迄逾百國超過3千人次 #國會議員 具體行動助我，聲勢之大前所未有。丹麥🇩🇰、法國🇫🇷、捷克🇨🇿、斯洛伐克🇸🇰、宏都拉斯🇭🇳、巴拉圭🇵🇾、美國🇺🇸聯邦眾議院外委會、中美洲議會，及美國🇺🇸21州及1屬地、日本🇯🇵過半的28都道府縣等國會及地方議會通過支持我參與WHA的友我決議或聲明，其中丹麥🇩🇰、法國🇫🇷及斯洛伐克🇸🇰首次參與，深具意義。

逾百名跨黨團歐洲議會議員聯名 #致函 WHO幹事長、美國🇺🇸近50位聯邦眾議員以及加拿大🇨🇦逾百位國會議員，分別為我案聯合致函美國務卿布林肯(Antony Blinken)及加國外長賈諾(Marc Garneau)，全球計逾1,500名國會議員以個別或聯合方式致函助我。

🔹線下線上強力支持

美國🇺🇸國會所發起的 #讓台灣幫忙 #LetTaiwanHelp 社群媒體串聯活動，超過50國250多位國會友人響應， #對華政策跨國議會聯盟 (IPAC)16位來自11國及歐洲議會共同主席或國會議員接力拍片助我。 #福爾摩沙俱樂部 包含歐洲、拉美、非洲、亞西、印太及加勒比海6個地區、超過百國逾1,000名國會議員共同支持。此外，重量級國際醫衛組織如 #世界醫師會 (WMA)理事會，以及 #歐洲醫師常務委員會 (CPME)等歐洲、拉美及非洲區域也強力助我，在在顯示國際間行政、立法及專業人士一致支持台灣參與WHA。

全球仍面臨疫情嚴峻威脅的挑戰，台灣無法置身事外。台灣是國際間良善的力量，有意願也有能力做出貢獻，呼籲WHO接納並聆聽國際社會發出的強大正義之聲，儘速讓台灣完整參與包括防疫及疫苗在內的WHO所有會議、機制及活動，以確保全球公衛及防疫體系之完整。

MOFA would like to give sincere thanks for the unprecedented level of support shown for #Taiwan’s inclusion in the #WorldHealthAssembly, which drew to a close on May 31! In a year in which #PublicHealth has come to the forefront of global concern, we’re grateful that the executive and legislative branches of allies and #LikeMindedCountries around the world, as well as international parliamentary organizations, have recognized the importance of leaving no one behind in the global health security network.

Fourteen of our WHO member allies made the case for Taiwan’s inclusion through proposals, writing letters, in addresses to the assembly, or during the two-plus-two debates. They were joined by the voices of like-minded countries, including the #US, #Japan, the #UK, #Canada, #Australia, the Sovereign Order of #Malta, #Germany, #France, #NewZealand, #CzechRepublic, and #Lithuania, all of which have expressed their support through various channels.

Beyond the confines of the WHA itself, we’re also grateful for the unprecedented level of support we’ve seen from over 40 countries and the European Council, including heads of government like Japan’s Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and #Sweden’s Prime Minister Stefan Löfven.

Parliamentarians from over 100 countries have expressed their support for Taiwan a total of 3,000 times, with related resolutions passed by the Danish Folketing, the French and Czech Senates, the Slovak National Council Foreign Affairs Committee, the National Congress of Honduras, the Congress of Paraguay, the US House Foreign Affairs Committee, the Central American Parliament, as well as 22 regional legislatures in the US and 28 in Japan.

Some highlights of this year’s campaign included the #LetTaiwanHelp social media campaign launched by the US House of Representatives, the #G7 expressing their support in a communiqué, the expressions of support from the now six Formosa Clubs around the world, and the letters on our behalf from the World Medical Association Council, the Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME) and similar medical organizations in #LatinAmerica and #Africa.

「對華政策跨國議會聯盟」發布了一支影片，來自美國、歐洲、北美和澳洲共12個議會、15位議員在片中輪流發聲，力挺台灣參加世界衛生大會。各國議員在片中肯定台灣的防疫成果，並讚揚台灣在疫情期間捐贈醫療物資，以及台灣對全球衛生倡議的貢獻。影片進一步指出，北京當局如何持續將全球公衛議題政治化，阻撓台灣參與世界衛生大會，此舉不但為全球公衛製造了危險的缺口，也剝奪了全球向台灣醫療專業取經學習的機會。「拒絕台灣，人人受害。支持台灣，刻不容緩」。#讓台灣幫忙 了解更多關於此影片請見報導：https://focustaiwan.tw/politics/202104280007

The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) released a video featuring 15 lawmakers from 12 legislatures across the U.S., Europe, North America and Australia advocating for Taiwan’s WHA participation. In the video, the parliamentarians praise Taiwan's response to COVID-19, its donations of medical equipment during the pandemic, and its support for global health initiatives. The video emphasizes how Beijing has continued to politicize global health by blocking Taiwan's participation in the WHA, creating a dangerous gap in global health while also depriving the world of Taiwan's medical expertise.
