Kena: Bridge of Spirits ได้เปิดให้เล่นอย่างเป็นทางการแล้วหลังจากแฟนๆ รอกันมานาน และก็พูดได้ว่า ตัวเกมทำได้ตามความคาดหวังด้วยการเป็นเกมแอ็คชันผจญภัยในสไตล์การออกแบบของเกม Zelda ที่มาพร้อมกราฟิกแสนสวยงาม

แต่ในตอนนี้ตัวเกมเป็น Exclusive บน PS4 และ PS5 รวมไปถึง Epic Games Store เท่านั้น ทำให้ผู้เล่นบางส่วนคาดหวังว่ มันจะไปลงให้กับแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ นอกจากนี้ด้วยในอนาคต

จากในบทสัมภาษณ์กับทาง SegmentNext คุณ Josh Grier ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง Ember Lab ย้ำอีกครั้งว่า Kena: Bridge of Spirits เป็นเกม Exclusive บน PlayStation แบบจำกัดเวลา (เช่นเดียวกับการวางจำหน่ายผ่าน Epic Games Store บน PC ก่อนในวันแรก) และเมื่อเกมวางจำหน่ายไปแล้ว ทีมพัฒนาจะขอเวลาพักสักหน่อย แล้วก็จะเริ่ม "มองหาลู่ทาง" ในการนำเกมไปลงให้กับแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ

"พวกเรามุ่งเน้นไปที่การวางจำหน่ายบน PlayStation และ Epic Games Store ซึ่งเป็นเกม Exclusive แบบจำกัดเวลา พวกเราจะหาลู่ทางนำเกมนี้ไปลงให้กับแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ หลังจากเกมวางจำหน่าย และหลังจากทีมงานพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่แล้ว"
คุณ Grier กล่าว

"ในตอนนี้เพิ่งจะไม่กี่วันหลังจากเกมวางจำหน่าย มันจึงยากมากๆ ที่จะคิดถึงก้าวต่อไป หรือการนำเสนอใดๆ ในอนาคต แต่เราจะตอบรับคำร้องขอของชุมชนชาวเกมให้ดีที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น พวกเราเพิ่งจะประกาศวางจำหน่ายเกมแบบกล่อง และเพิ่มภาษารัสเซียและบราซิลเลียนโปรตุกีส"

ซึ่ง Ember Lab ยังมีแผนที่จะสนับสนุนตัวเกมด้วยการเพิ่มฟีเจอร์ และเนื้อหาคอนเทนต์ในอนาคตอันใกล้ ที่ทาง GamingBolt ให้ความเห็นว่า น่าสนใจว่าพวกเขาจะจัดสมดุลระหว่างการเพิ่มเนื้อหาคอนเทนต์และการพอร์ตไปลงแพลตฟอร์มอื่นอย่างไร โดยเฉพาะการที่ทีมงาน Ember Lab เป็นทีมพัฒนาอินดี้เล็กๆ ที่มีทีมงานเพียง 10 กว่าคนเท่านั้น

Get set for a new racing experience, featuring a roster of dozens of Chocobo characters, complete with their own unique abilities and variants. Choose your favourite Chocobo series character, and race through familiar tracks set in the FINAL FANTASY universe. It won’t be easy crossing the finish line first. Find magic stones called Magicite (including Fire, Water, and more) throughout the track and equip them to take out the competition.

Engine customization options will be available, as well as local and online multiplayer. Up to 64 players can compete in a bracket-style tournament to determine the racing champion. Chocobo GP launches on Nintendo Switch in 2022.
