#EatInMongKok 昨晚 @canitakong 帶我去食中式海鮮私房菜，原本以為要一大群人一齊食先得，但嚟咗喱間先知，2個人都可以食到好多碟中式海鮮㗎！食咗什麼，記錄一下： 1. 餐前小食 - 炒蝦乾和白飯魚，甜甜地，味道唔錯 2. 蒜茸粉絲蒸聖子皇 - 聖子好大隻喔！好鮮甜，正呀～ 3. 豉油皇煎焗花蝦 - 好大隻蝦！好入味！ 4. 清蒸沙巴躉一條 - 煮到剛剛好，肉質嫩滑，豉油是甜的。 5. 酸甜咕嚕肉 - 咕嚕肉炸得好脆，正👍🏻 6. 蜜椒雞中翼 - 大大隻，蜜汁外層好味，雞翼多肉汁。 7. 上湯炒時蔬 8. 特色湯泡飯 - 飯似是飯焦或炒過因為脆脆的，裡面有好多蜆肉，正呀 9. 甜品- 是日甜品是朱古力布丁，hea 一D，但味道OK。 每位HK$280 (連茶芥和服務費)，價錢都幾平民喎。 * My friend took me to a Chinese private kitchen to have Chinese food. At first I thought we’ll be just eating a few dishes only, as just the 2 of us, and usually Chinese food are served in big portions. When I saw the menu, I was wrong, this restaurant charges per person and the food portion are based on how many we have at the table, minimum serving is 2 persons per table. What we ate? See the list below: 1. Appetizer, I think it’s stir-fry dried shrimp and lancelet. 2. Steamed King Razor Clam with Garlic and Vermicelli (these were the biggest Razor clam I ever seen!) 3. Soy Sauce Fried King Shrimp 4. Steamed Hybrid Grouper 5. Honey pepper chicken wings 👍🏻 6. Vegetables cooked in broth soup 7. Special Cooked Rice in Hot Soup ( it has lots of clams 😋) 8.
