Hidden Gem in West Hollywood – Kura sushi. “Omakase” means “I trust you (chef)” ! For $100 per person, it’s reasonably priced and the best quality-to-price ratio. Chef Daniel Son @dson__ uses 95% seasonal ingredients in his dishes. The quality of the fish speaks for itself. He beautifully dresses each piece with its own sauce. Eating at Kura is dinner and entertainment combined. Chef is very personable, too. He explained each dish and shared his own experiences with us. (Heehee! We love his laugh) We (@meetjakob) had a great dining experience at Kura sushi. A moment that was memorable: Chef asked me, "what is your favorite?" I told him, "O-Toro! Super fatty one!" 🤭 !
