簡單說，就是還原成原廠設定，如果真的不行要回日本送修，
然後我的問題，回復原廠設定後，已經解決了，鬆口氣，附上客服回覆內容
Dear Customer,
This is Kobo Customer Care.
We apologize for any inconvenience may have caused.
First of all, we do not offer any repair service for eReaders.
Also, we do not offer replacements for other countries, and we only can
replace your device when you have a chance to live in Japan or have someone
living in Japan to help you.
If you live in another country and if your Aura ONE is replaceable according
to our Warranty Rule, we would like to offer your replacement with someone
else who currently lives in Japan.
First, please take a look and try the following steps that may solve the
problem of your Kobo Aura ONE.
Please try them again even though you have already done before.
------------------------------------------------------------
*Please fully charge the device through computer connection at least for 8
hours.
Even if your Kobo Aura ONE does not react, please keep it connected.
-Restart Kobo Aura ONE
1. Hold the power button for few seconds.
2. After the device displays "Powered off", hold the power button for few
seconds again.
3. Your Kobo Aura ONE will start again.
-Factory Reset
A factory reset deletes all contents on your eReader. This means that it:
Deletes any books you have added to your eReader.
Deletes your bookmarks and annotations.
Deletes your account information.
Resets all your settings (for example, Reading Life and text settings).
Returns the eReader to its original settings.
1. Connect your Kobo Aura ONE to your PC by using attached microUSB cable.
2. Switch off your Kobo Aura ONE and wait until the red light turns off.
3. Hold the power button for about 30 seconds until your Kobo Aura ONE reacts.
4. When the picture of Kobo Aura ONE appears, hold the switch button for few
seconds and set up will start. Please set up over Wi-Fi or with Kobo Desktop
App.

If the problem is not solved even after you performed above steps,
to confirm if your Kobo Aura ONE is replaceable according to our Warranty
Rule,
please let us know following details.

*There are two ways to check your Serial number.

-Other than books from Rakuten Kobo, have you ever put any data in your Kobo
Aura ONE? :
-Place of purchase (e.g. Yurindo Yokohama-Nishiguchi store) :
-Date of purchase :
-Please attach photos of
1. the front side of your Kobo Aura ONE
2. the back side of your Kobo Aura ONE
3. the receipt or any files that we can confirm your purchase
4. the product warranty (Please fill in your name, address, date and place
of your purchase)
*Total file size should be less than 3MB.

今天整理自己的kobo aura one ，不知道是否刪掉什麼
epub點進去都是一片空白，其他格式都沒問題，特別下載的kobo epub也是好的
只有epub格式全部無法閱讀，且點入後很容易跳出，請問怎麼辦？
試了整個晚上了都沒辦法修好，
嘗試了書本全部重新移除再加入、關機、登出帳號、查看升級等，
拜託好心人幫忙，八成的書都空白了QQ
另外想請問多個html檔/xhtml檔，可以轉成一個epub嗎？
目前用Calibre可以一個轉一個，但不知道可以多個變一個嗎？
還不太會操作
