最近真的超級想吃鹽酥雞，但很懶得騎車出門回家還要洗澡換衣，等到可以吃都涼了，叫外送又怕等單等太久鹽酥雞都不酥了，馬上衝去冰箱在冷凍拿了一包雞胸肉到冷藏，想著明天退冰後來醃一晚，後天來做氣炸雞排吧！（竟然可以忍這麼多天） 等到退冰好解凍，拆開包裝馬上把雞胸肉放進保鮮盒，丟入醃料醃漬一天，醃漬後料理好...

Finally got to try this ramen from Tenshow 天翔 inバンコク which has been in the spotlight lately for its aromatic soy sauce chicken broth full of umami, succulent pork shoulder loin char siu, thin ramen noodles, and the fact that you have to call and reserve your bowl of ramen in advance, as there are only 20 servings available per day. The ramen was nicely comforting and a bit light in flavor (in a good way). We also tried grilled beef tongue which is quite nice too; bouncy meat with interesting flavoring and condiments yakiniku fans are going to be all over

ได้มาลองตามคำร่ำลือสักทีกับราเมงของร้าน #tenshowbkk ที่ได้ยินมาสักพักแล้วว่าเด็ดที่ตัวซุปโชยุเบสสต๊อกไก่กลิ่นหอมๆ อูมามิมาเต็มๆ หมูชาชูเนื้อไหล่มันน้อยเนื้อนุ่ม เส้นราเมงเส้นเล็กซู๊ดเพลิน และความแรร์ไอเท็มขั้นสุดตรงที่ต้องโทรมาจองคิวราเมงไว้ก่อน เพราะทางร้านทำแต่วันละ 20 ชามจ้ะแม่! เราว่าราเมงเค้าก็เป็นแบบมินิมอลเรียบง่ายแต่อุ่นใจดีนะ รสอ่อนๆไม่มันมากซดเพลินๆ วันนี้เรายังได้ลองลิ้นวัวย่างแบบหนาด้วย ลิ้นเคี้ยวกรึบๆดี ไม่เหนียวมาก รสชาติและเครื่องเคียงก็ทำมาน่าสนใจ ใครชอบทานพวกเนื้อย่างน่าจะเลิฟอยู่น้า

Crabs and seafood lovers just cannot miss this!

After being tortured by the sight of #pongkaidoo's succulent steamed crabs with its roe on other ppl's instagram for a while, I am now set free to taste it. Oh boy, these crabs are really fresh (as they have their own live seafood tank), and the roe are overloaded (in a good way). Picture says but a tasting is so much more, so really a recommendation for those #crablover out there

Crispy pork belly with fish sauce cured egg yolk over some hot jasmine rice from the coveted @baan_thaicuisine is still crispy and delicious, even after being delivered from over 10 km yonder. I'd rank their crispy pork at a high percentile among other ones I've tried; crispy but not tough, slightly salty (a tad less salty than how we like), and not too oily. Not yet the champion of all crispy pork in my heart though, but this bowl could make a good comfort meal that is nice to try (and perhaps repeat)

ข้าวหน้าหมูกร๊อบกรอบและไข่ดองน้ำปลา จากร้านบ้าน @baan_thaicuisine ที่แสนจะป๊อปปูล่าร์และคิวยาวสุดในตอนนี้ ที่หมูกรอบยังกรอบและอร่อยอยู่ หลังจากที่พี่ไลน์แมนพามาส่งเป็นระยะทางกว่า 10 กิโลเมตร เราขอจัดอันดับให้เป็นหนึ่งในหมูกรอบอันดับต้นๆที่เราเคยชิมมา คือมันกรอบแต่ไม่เหนียว เค็มน้อยๆ (แอบน้อยไปนิดจากระดับที่เราชอบ) และไม่มันมาก หมูกรอบที่นี่ยังไม่ถึงกับเป็นแชมเปี้ยนยืนหนึ่งในใจเรา แต่พอรวมๆแล้วก็เป็นข้าวมื้ออุ่นใจที่น่ามาลอง (หรือมาซ้ำ) เลยน้า
