◾️材料
バケット 1本
粒マスタード 適量
生ハム 10枚
スライスチーズ 4枚
レタス 3枚

◾️手順
1. バケットの両端を切り落とし、中身を麺棒で潰して穴を作り、粒マスタードを塗っておく。
2. 生ハム、チーズを巻き、さらにレタスで巻いていく。
3. (2)を(1)の中に詰め込む。
4. 適当な大きさに切り分ける。

■材料
クリームチーズ 各20g
パン 2個
チーズ 適量
《ガーリックソース》
オリーブオイル 40g
バター 5g
練乳 10g
牛乳 20ml
パセリ 適量
すりおろしにんにく 10g
塩 少々

■手順
1. パンに6等分するような切り込みを入れる。
2. クリームチーズを間に絞る。
3. ボウルにガーリックソースの材料を入れて混ぜる。
4. (2)をつける。
5. 天板にのせ、チーズをのせる。
6. 200度のオーブンで5分ほど焼き色がつくまで焼く。

■材料
巨峰 1房
アガー 15g
上白糖 50g
水 400ml

■手順
【事前準備】
巨峰はきれいに洗っておく。

1. 巨峰の中身を取り出す。中身のタネも爪楊枝などで取り除いておく。
2. 上白糖とアガーを混ぜる。
3. 鍋に巨峰の皮、水を入れて加熱する。
4. 皮を取り出し、沸騰させたら中火にして(2)を加え、混ぜる。
5. (1)のぶどうの中身を加えて混ぜる。
6. 実をいれた型に移し、粗熱をとって冷蔵庫で3時間ほど冷やし固める。
7. 型から出し、適当な大きさに切り分ける。
