Summerlong has just launched a new dinner menu from their new Head Chef Fotis Kokoshi, who will showcase cuisine from Greece and the Mediterranean, with a on plant-based and seafood dishes. 🔸 I particularly enjoyed their selection of charcoal-grilled dishes such as the Arabian-spiced Lamb Kebab, Tiger Prawns, and Wild Mushroom. And among which, this octopus particularly caught my attention. Besides being aromatically char-grilled over charcoal, with caramelized onions, tomato confit, and capers, it also came with organic fava beans specially sourced from small family farms in the city of Kastoria. And that extends to other quality ingredients used at Summerlong too, such as seafood from the Cretan Sea, and cheeses from the region of Epirus. 🔸 The restaurant has a welcoming vibe too, with a variety of seating formats including communal table with an open kitchen view, recessed dining seats, and lounge sofas in the alfresco.
