We received their products below and we just had their Chilli Crabmeat and Cigar Mantou as well as Hainanese Yibua for tea. Super yummy! We can’t wait to try the rest.

These ready-to-eat packs are best kept frozen or chilled. Just thaw them and follow their simple, step-by-step instructions to cook, boil, or steam, before enjoying them.

What’s more, these creations are by the award-winning Chef Austen Ong who kicked off his cooking career as a 13-year-old apprentice of the legendary Chef Tham Mui Kai, aka one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese cooking.

11 bánh mì sandwich, 6 phô mai cheddar, 12 phô mai mozzarella, 3 miếng thịt ức gà, 3 miếng thịt đùi gà, 2 củ hành tây đã xào, 12 miếng bacon đã rán, 12 quả ớt jalapeno, bột chiên xù, 6 thìa canh sốt gà cay
😋CÁCH LÀM😋
1. Khía chia đôi miếng thịt ức gà sau đó cho thịt ức gà và thịt đùi gà tẩm bột chiên giòn
2. Chiên thịt gà chín giòn
3. Trải 5 miếng bánh mì vào khuôn nướng sau đó quét sốt gà cay lên trên
4. Cho thịt gà, phô mai mozzarella, phô mai cheddar, bacon, hành tây xào, ớt jalapeno dàn đều lên trên bánh mì rồi cuối cùng dùng 6 miếng bánh mì úp lên trên
5. Bào phô mai colby jack lên trên rồi đem nướng 20 phút, 160 độ

今回はメキシコ料理のセビーチェと、タイ料理のスイートチリマヨソース！

■メキシコを感じるエビのセビーチェ
2人分

材料：
エビ　6尾
Aライムジュース　50ml
Aレモンジュース　20m
Aオレンジジュース　20ml（果汁100%のもの）
B玉ねぎ　1/4個
Bトマト　1個
Bきゅうり　1/2個
Bハラペーニョ　1/2個
Bパクチー　適量
塩　小さじ1
コショウ　適量

作り方：
1.エビは頭と殻を取り、背ワタを取り除いて身を6等分に切る。

2. Aを混ぜて(1)のエビを漬け込む。（2時間以上）

3. Bは全てみじん切りにする。トマトは中の種を取り除いてみじん切りに、ハラペーニョはワタとタネを取り除き、特に細かいみじん切りにする。

4.ボウルで(2)と(3)を和え、塩、コショウで味を調え冷蔵庫で1時間程冷やし、味が馴染んだら完成！

■タイ風エビのスイートチリマヨソース
2人分

材料：
エビ　180g
A塩　小さじ1
A片栗粉　大さじ1
Bマヨネーズ　大さじ3
Bスイートチリ　大さじ2
B牛乳　大さじ1
片栗粉　大さじ2
揚げ油　適量
フリルレタス　適量

作り方：
1.エビの下処理をする。エビのしっぽや殻をむき、Aの塩をふって揉み込み3分ほど置き、Aの片栗粉を揉み込んだら水でよく洗い水気を拭き取って、背に包丁で浅く切り込みを入れ背わたを取る。

2.Bをボウルに入れよく混ぜてソースを作る。

3.ビニール袋に片栗粉を入れ、(1)の海老を入れて均等に片栗粉をまぶす。

4.フライパンに揚げ油を熱し(3)をこんがりカリッと揚げ焼き、(2)と和える。

5.洗って水気をきり、ちぎったレタスを器にのせ、(4)を盛り付けて完成！

◆Shrimp Ceviche
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
6 shrimp

A
50ml lime juice
20ml lemon juice
20ml orange juice

B
1/4 onion
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 to 1 jalapeno
Some cilantro

1 to 2 teaspoons salt
Some pepper

PREPARATION
1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut into small pieces.

2. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the shrimp in it (for more than 2 hours).

3. Chop all B vegetables.

4. Mix chopped vegetables and the marinated shrimp in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Enjoy!

◆Sweet Chili Mayo Shrimp
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
180g shrimp

A
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon potato starch

2 tablespoons potato starch
Some frying oil

B
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon milk

Some frillice lettuce

PREPARATION
1. Peel the shrimp and season with salt (A). Leave for a few minutes. Add potato starch (A) to the shrimp. Rinse the shrimp with water and pat-dry with paper towels. Devein the shrimp.

2. Mix well all B ingredients in a bowl.

3. Put the shrimp in a plastic bag. Toss with potato starch to coat the shrimp.

4. Heat frying oil in a pan. Cook the shrimp (3) in the oil until crispy and golden. Mix the fried shrimp with the sauce (2).

5. Place rinsed lettuce leaves on a plate. Put some shrimp.

6. Enjoy!
