上週上飛機前去看了新的漫威電影「尚氣與十環傳奇」,覺得好熱血喔！等解隔離之後再去二刷，重新複習一下尚氣，夏靈，和徐文武的帥吧！這本書就是關於尚氣人物原型 — 李小龍。書的作者是李小龍的女兒李香凝，透過這本書把他對父親李小龍無數與人生哲學用白話文闡述出來。

其實李小龍出道前唸的是哲學，再加上受到葉問的薰陶，以及他在中西兩方文化衝突下的武術哲學的思考，甚至後來自己研發出一套 Jeet Kune Do (截拳道）。 所以說他是透過武術體現自己的人生哲學，骨子裡其實就是個哲學家，毫無違和感。整本書大概是在說一個「找尋自我」的過程，要不是因為李小龍，我可能不見得會挑選。但輕鬆的讀著，也是一個不錯的週末閱讀。

其中一個很酷的故事是當年在美國加州奧克蘭開啟新的武術分館時，因著他獨門的武術訓練方式，並且敞開大門歡迎非華人加入，得罪了當地想要維護中國武術傳統的一些人。於是有一天對方就直接上門來踢館了。在那個踢館的過程當中，雖然李小龍最後是贏了，讓對方摸著鼻子退下。但是李小龍卻覺得贏的非常不開心，因為當下有許多讓他意想不到的情況發生。因著那一次的衝擊，他決定要更開放的去了解各種武術和打鬥的技巧與思路。他去了解了各式中國武術，拳擊，甚至是西洋劍等等。他把這些不同的技巧融會貫通，再去蕪存菁，就成了現在綜合格鬥的前身觀念。

另外一個很特別的故事，是在拍攝「龍爭虎鬥」電影是發生的。當時最開始的劇本讓李小龍非常的不滿意，認為編劇沒有把主角的精髓體現出來。製片單位幾次敷衍他，表示已經換的內容，然後到拍攝當天之前他重新讀了才發現完全沒有更改。當時所有劇組人員都乖乖地準備要去拍攝，但李小龍硬是拒絕上場。他深知屈服於好萊塢當時的慣例是容易的，但是這樣的低頭只會讓歧視的文化，與電影所描繪出的刻板印象，更洽根深蒂固，所以硬是堅持必須照他的理念修改。最後他這樣的堅持獲得尊重，也讓電影一炮而紅。進而讓亞洲人在西方主流媒體中的形象大為提升。

一般人對李小龍的印象都會覺得是熱血和強悍的。但書中透露出他的哲學，真的就是似水無形。在面對阻擋，挫折，困難時，他認為要像水一樣順勢而為，也要像水一樣看似退讓，卻蓄含能量。他認為面對這些事物，與其說是敵人，還不如說是對打的對手，也就是他們會反射出你內心的狀態。當你有勇氣不逃躲，而是在那個不舒服的當下，充分的感知，並且思考自己為何有如此的感受與反應，會幫助你更加的了解自己。也只有這樣你才會重拾自信並且活在當下，在適當的時機就像釋放出來的水庫一般，力道十足。

所以李香凝說雖然李小龍在30多歲就逝世。但他的精神其實一直活著，不斷地影響更多人，也促成許多改變的可能。要是李小龍還活著現在八十多對歲的他看到亞洲人為主的漫威電影如此熱賣，應該會感到非常開心吧！
