【フライドレンコン】
今日は、おつまみにピッタリの『フライドレンコン』を作りました。個人的にレンコンレシピで一番好きでオススメのメニューです。
レンコンあったらぜひともこれにしてほしいです！！繊維に沿って切ることで、シャクシャクしたレンコンの食感がたまりません。また、細めに切って片栗粉をまぶして揚げ焼きするので外はサクサク！
