This reminds me of how greedy for money humans can become sometimes, I mean in Chinese or Japanese Cuisine all parts of the sharks can be eaten, whether it be shark fish balls, cartilage, shark skeletons for broth, obviously shark fin dorsals, I mean these days even the Killer Orca Whale Dolphins in nature are targeting the Shark livers for nutrients. And then there are also many types of sharks.., some less endangered than some 🦈 And there are also people out there, who continue to slaughter the biggest endangered Sharks only for their Prized Shark fins and then dump it back into the oceans left for dead, don’t forget sharks need to swim in order to breathe. Time for us foodies to voice out and ensure some Government authority can instate a transparent system, where every part of our catch can be traceable and sustainable, and to make sure they are treated fairly! Much like we should also promote true Sustainable Maguro Tuna farming, not just from Juvenile catch, even if the end results might cost 30-50% more... #HongKong #HK #CausewayBay #Food #Foodies
