一場疫情對大部分的人都帶來很大的影響,昨天聽到了一個很好的長輩的一些狀況！
令我覺得很擔心！

本來這長輩是一個很活潑性格開朗喜歡開玩笑,很會安排很多活動很多節目給自己的老人家！因為這場疫情他必須把所有的朋友聚會和節目都暫停,都只可以悶在家裡！他的子女孫子們都沒辦法回來看他,他又擔心小朋友在外面是否安全,很擔心他們在外被感染！

不知不覺這一個疫情已經蠻長的一段時間了！大家的生活有了很大的改變,尤其對老人家,他們平常過著退休的生活和老朋友出去吃飯、聊天、唱歌、跳舞、打麻將、運動、晨運等等！因為這一場疫情都令他們沒辦法正常舉行這些活動,他們都必須關在家裡,無所事事的變成他們會想東想西,在家裡悶都悶出問題來了,尤其是影響到他們的情緒！

我這位長輩突然間變得很悲觀很沒有活力,他太太就帶他去看醫生結果得了嚴重的憂鬱症！因為他一直講說自己活不長,一直講很多悲觀的的話,真的很令人擔心！

其實我今天分享出這些事,我是想說在這疫情的情況下,我們可能沒辦法和在外工作地家人相聚見面！我覺得不只是老人家有情緒上問題,其實一般人年輕人也會有情緒上的問題！所以如果我們身邊不管是朋友、親戚、鄰居等！其實大家在這時候應該多關懷彼此,在這時候我們大家應該互相關心、鼓勵、支持、關懷！可以多找對方聊天談談心！

希望這疫情趕快過去！希望大家都可以恢復到以前開心快樂正常的生活！我們大家一起加油！

My uncle suddenly became very pessimistic and lacking energy. His wife took him to the doctor and got severe depression! Because he keeps saying that he will not live long, and keeps saying a lot of pessimistic things!
I think it's not just the elderly who have emotional problems, in fact, most young people also have emotional problems! So if we are around friends, relatives, neighbors, etc.! In fact, everyone should care more about each other. At this time, we should all care about, encourage, support, and care for each other! You can talk to each other more! 1/ extraction of my wisdom tooth
2/ extraction of my another completely fucked up molar tooth

I got all my major surgeries done in less than a week. For someone who r super phobia of the sound and the needles and the pain and the eeking feeling and dentists in a whole, i finally found this special place for all of us lil phobiassss hahahaha
