This is a gentle stretch class focusing on healing, nurturing and boosting your immune system. By stretching and moving, we release the stagnant energy within our cells, encourage relaxation, reduce stress and start our day energised.
Sequence: 45 seconds dynamic stretch with 15 secs transition
Duration: 15 minutes

Ủa ủa, ngày thứ 6 của Wellness Camp rồi sao!
Các trại viên chú ý nè, bài tập càng về sau sẽ càng nhiều thử thách hơn. Linn sẽ hơi nâng cao một xíu với nhiều movement, vì ở các bài tập trước chị em mình cũng đã tập dần được sức bền cơ thể rồi. Đối với bài này, Babes phải thật tập trung quan sát nhé, bài này sẽ đốt được kha khá năng lượng luôn đó, cảm giác rất đã luôn. 👌
Các bài tập Day 6 sẽ bao gồm:
1. Burpees: 20s tập nghỉ 10s
2. Inchworm: 20s tập nghỉ 10s
3. Plank rotation: 20s tập nghỉ 10s
4. Jump squat: 20s tập nghỉ 10s
*Lặp lại cycle này 7 lần, đối với bạn nào sức bền hơn thì tập 30s nghỉ 10s nhé!
Lưu ý: Trong quá trình tập luyện, Babes nhớ chú ý đến chế độ ăn uống nữa nhé. Hạn chế thức ăn dầu mỡ, nạp đủ chất và bổ sung thêm các Vitamin để vừa nâng cao thể lực, vừa cải thiện hệ miễn dịch nha!

[#BuildaHabit] 7-DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 3
Trước khi bắt đầu Day 3 thì mình hãy chọn ra playlist nhạc nào mình yêu thích vì challenge hôm nay sẽ là một ngày toàn cardio không nhé! 😉 Một chút âm nhạc sẽ giúp mình vượt qua thử thách dễ dàng hơn!!
Đối với Third Day, Linn sẽ hướng dẫn tập low impact cardio, thích hợp dành cho các bạn mới tập, động tác đơn giản dễ thực hiện nhưng vẫn giúp cơ thể trở nên săn chắc và đốt cháy mỡ thừa hiệu quả.
Lưu ý: Linn recommend chị em nên xem clip hướng dẫn trước vài lần để làm quen với các động tác cardio trước khi bắt đầu và nhớ là luôn hít thở đều đặn nha.
Các bài tập Day 3 sẽ bao gồm:
1. Mountain climber
2. Inchworm
3. Plank rotation
4. Standing punches
5. Squat to side kick
=> Mỗi động tác sẽ tập trong vòng 30 giây, nghỉ 10 giây rồi sau đó lặp lại 5 lần.

เลือกพยัญชนะตามชื่อตัวเองได้ง่ายๆ หรือจะใช้ชื่อคนที่แอบชอบก็ได้น้า จะได้มีกำลังใจ อิอิ
บอกเลยว่า ใครชื่อยาวกว่าได้เปรียบ เพราะจะฟิตกว่าคนอื่นยังไงล้ะ

เอ้า...เริ่มได้!

A : Arm Circles - กระชับเนื้อส่วนเกินตรงรักแร้
B : Burpees - เป็นการออกกำลังกายที่ใช้การเคลื่อนไหวทั้งตัว
C : Crunch - ฝึกความแข็งแรงของหน้าท้อง
D : Donkey Kick - ช่วยลดเซลลูไลท์ต้นขา และทำให้หน้าท้องแบนราบ
E : Elbows Plank - ช่วยกระชับหน้าท้องและบริหารกล้ามเนื้อได้ทุกส่วน
F : Flutter kicks - ช่วยบริหารกล้ามเนื้อท้องส่วนหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
G : Glute Bridges - ช่วยกระชับสะโพกและต้นขา
H : High Knees - ทำให้ร่างกายสามารถเคลื่อนที่และทรงตัวได้ดีขึ้น
I : Inchworm - ท่าบริหารแขนหน้าอกและหลังส่วนบนไปพร้อมกันกับหลังส่วนล่างและหน้าท้อง
J : Jumping Jack - ช่วยให้น่อง, ข้อเท้า และกล้ามเนื้อทุกส่วนแข็งแรงมากยิ่งขึ้น
K : Kick to Rear Lunge - เพิ่มความแข็งแรงให้กล้ามเนื้อขาทุกส่วน
L : Lunge - เป็นการฝึกต้นขาให้แข็งแรงและกระชับ
M : Mountain Climber - ช่วยสร้างความมั่นคงของกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางและความยืดหยุ่นของกล้ามเนื้อสะโพก
N : Narrow Squats - ท่านี้ช่วยลดต้นขาให้ฟิตเฟิร์ม
O : Overhead Pendulum - เพิ่มความแข็งแรงและความสมดุลของแกนกลางลำตัว
P : push-up - การฝึกท่าดันพื้น หรือที่เรารู้จักกันในชื่อ วัดพื้น, วิดพื้น นั่นเอง
Q : Quadraplex - ช่วยเพิ่มความสมดุลของร่างกายและความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางหลัง
R : Russian Twist - เน้นบริหารกล้ามเนื้อหน้าท้องด้านข้าง และกล้ามเนื้อท้องส่วนล่าง
S : Squat - การฝึกท่าสควอท เป็นการนั่งยองๆ เหมือนนั่งเก้าอี้อากาศ
T : Tricep Dips - ท่านี้จะทำให้กระชับส่วนหลังต้นแขนที่ย้วย ให้กลับมาฟิตเป๊ะ!
U : Upright row - ช่วยเสริมสร้างกล้ามเนื้อหัวไหล่เเละหลังช่วงบนให้เเข็งเเรง
V : V-Ups - ท่านี่จะช่วยให้หน้าท้องของสาวๆ แบนราบ
W : Wall sits - ช่วยในการลดกระชับส่วนล่าง เพียงแค่นั่งพิงกำแพงคล้ายกับท่าสควอช
X : X-Punches - ท่าบริหารกล้ามเนื้อต้นแขนและหัวไหล่ให้แข็งแรงมากขึ้น
Y : YTWL - ท่าบริหารหลังส่วนบนและคอ
Z : Zigzag Hops - คาดิโอที่สามารถออกได้ทั้งร่างกาย
