    I encountered some errors today, like missing footage of cutting the cake, and accidentally eating half the cake at once to make up for the shooting errors, but my weight is fine if you’re wondering. Cake consumption making you fat is a myth!

    ▼Recipe for 15cm diameter cake
    ・Sponge cake
    Whole egg...3
    Granulated sugar...90g
    Milk...20ml
    Cake Flour...90g
    ※ The cake will shrink, so make this in an 18cm
    We’ll use 2 of the 4 slices for the fraisier cake.

    ・Mousseline Cream
    Egg yolk...3
    Granulated sugar… 80g
    Flour...15g
    Cornstarch...15g
    Milk...350cc
    Vanilla beans...½ stick
    (Alternatively, add 1tbs of vanilla extract, or add few vanilla extract drops into the cream after heating)
    Unsalted butter...150g


    ・Imbibage/Punch
    Water...50g
    Sugar...10g
    Kirsch or other liquor… a little (not required)


    Strawberry… around 25
    Other fruits and herbs for decoration
    Chocolate Velvet Spray

    ※If you don’t have chocolate velvet spray
    Dissolve powder gelatin 2g in 10g of water, add it to 20g of sugar, 20g of water, 50g of frozen berries in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour it through a filter and take out the seeds. Once it cools, pour it over the cake and cool it more in the fridge.

    15 cm (6 inch) → 18 cm (7 inch) 1.5 times
    15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch) 2 times
    15 cm (6 inch) → 24 cm (9.4 inch) 2.5 times
    15 cm (6 inch) → 12cm (4.7 inch) 0.66 times
