Today menu: KIMCHI CHEESE FRIED RICE with #shopbackgo #gocookoff 👩‍🍳 • Very very unfortunate that I have lost the whole process of cooking this dish. These r the only shots that I’ve captured • So so upset and disappointed with myself 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Whole cooking process took about 1hr++! • Just let me walk you through imaginatively how this delicious is made: 1. Fry luncheon meat till it’s cripsy (25mins) 2. Added cocktail sausage for more meat into the rice. Fry it till cook! (10mins) 3. Stir fry the kimchi (used whole bag), * you can & suppose to hear the sizzling sound when you put the kimchi into the pan* (15mins) 4. Now, add your desired no. of bowl rice into the pan and mix them all together. * the vibrancy & colour of the whole mixture is so so nice, smell delicious too - stole some kimchi to eat in the midst of it too 😛* (10mins) 5. Put into the left aside fried luncheon meat & cocktail sausage into the mixture too! (10mins) 6. Mix well and finally add your kimchi juice into it as well + sesame oil to enhance the flavour of the rice. (10mins) 7. Take out mixed cheddar & white cheese into the rice mixture. Mix well! *you can see cheese pull at this junction* took some and eat too! Taste super yummy! Put in more cheese in the mixture layer by layer. Mix well! (10mins) 8. Take plate and bowl the rice nicely into it. (2mins) 9. Do egg mixture, seasoned with black pepper & salt. Mix well (1 min) 10. High heat for pan, and pour in egg mixture! (10mins) 11. Once it’s nicely fried up, cut them up into small pieces and put on top for decoration. (1min) 12. Take Korea spoon and eat! Taste so good yet bitter about the lost video process 😭 • This whole process was really fun and I don’t cook at all so this was something to do during the covid19 and a great initiative! This is 💯 cooked with effort and love! It’s really yummy, hope y’all could be here to taste it! 🍽👩‍🍳🍚
